I bougth this game and used my code to get the C network for the free DLC . now its gone from my accoutn saying i dont have any of the DLC and the C network. i cant find the  support page to contact Bioware about this. it makes me mad to know my cerberus network is gone. and i dont have the code any more  because its a 1 time use so i used it and trashed it.  and before any one asks me  if i made sure it worked , yes it did work. i play this game alot using the free Cerberus DLC on my account but now its missing and i cant find them any help would be nice.

I have the same problem, I went to reinstall ME2 today then went to get all my dlc stuff and its no longer showing up on the site...I'm kinda annoyed about it and can't find an answer any where about it
