He's the dude that has a store in the dalish camp.....my question is what triggers his stock update? I know it's not the landsmeet because in my previous playthroughs I had access to his better inventory long before the lands meet but now it is just driving me mad. I completed Nature of the Beast and Broken Circle but still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
