It is bugging me a bit that planet Aequitas in the Minos Wasteland system is popping up as though I have a mission there. I am currently on priority: The Citadel. I also have the N7 mission regarding Cerberus fighters. I've had this happen in the past two play throughs, and it has remained this way - even after I am locked out from travelling anywhere. The system blinks as though I have an objective there, and the planet's name is in green, but I cannot find anything if I scan.

Same for me, persisted thru the rest of the game. Not exactly sure when it popped up, but I went, scanned, no hits, no journal entry mentioned it (unless I just didn't catch it), and the only thing I remember it being used for was N7: Abandoned Mine in ME2..

bug for a lot of people. some people are suggesting it was either a mission that was cut or future dlc and the mission flashing somehow slipped bug testing
