I'm sure the dialog is mostly the same as far as Sheploo vs Femshep goes, but playing as Femshep, the relationship she has with Ashley feels sooooooo right.  Like the female version of Sheploo and Garrus.  Just a bunch of good writing there all around, I think.

i was very satisfied with the Kaidan/FemShep bro/sismance. It was all I ever really wanted from him for my main shep.

Fem Shep and Garrus is like perfect. Garrus is such an awesome buddy~ I love him. They always do awesome job with him.

Obv. Garrus, he's everyone's bro.

That said, Sheploo and Traynor was awesome for me. It was so refreshing to be able to chill with a woman who didn't want to jump his bones; just play chess! And not feel any qualms about kicking his ass! Sam was awesome.
