Yep were all just too stupid to figure out! "The answers are there if you look for them."

/Sten no.

And no of course she didn't use that word but either we are that stupid or it's way more obtuse than they think and she it the one that can't see.

If someone smart enough to be a pilot and got a 6 (out of 7) on her Higher Level IB Literature exam without even trying can't figure out the symbolism after a week or so, there is no depth. It just doesn't make sense. Period. XD

If they're actually letting her say these things without anything in the pipeline, this board will go triple nuclear soon ...

Someone's going to have to translate this for those of us who don't speak twitternese. All I see is a bunch of responses where someone replies to what I can only assume are queries about the ending by stonewalling them with vague non-answers.

Is that what I'm supposed to be seeing?

"Well, depending on what you think of the Guardian, maybe it wasn't being truthful?"

OK, they've made direct comments that could be explained away by "oh well the ending has deep consequences in an artistic way, that's what I meant." This is the first time the Guardian is explicitly called out. Wow.

If you click on the tweet you should be able to see the questions/comments she's responding to.

@3K__ @vrumpt LOL! OK I'll ignore that. Yes, and one ending choice allows for that possibility :)

Yes, you live in one ending. So?  We've know you can survive the destroy ending since the script got leaked.

Plus she's bringing up the Normandy's QECs, which is something I've tried a good dozen times to bring up to "OMG they're doomed forever!" people around here without much success.

Ooh, they can communicate. Too bad that nobody can get without traveling for years.

That's what I'm seeing, so you're not alone.  Responding to questions with questions, half-truths, and other evasions.  I don't blame Jessica, she's doing her job, I suppose, but there's no info to be gained here.

Again, nothing of any substance. Just vague answers and answering questions with more questions.

Yes but if the ending isn't indoctrination then you can't be with ****g anybody because of the Mass Relays being destroyed.

I don't for a moment think there are any other endings, this was a hallucination, etc. Bioware/EA is letting these speculations go on for two reasons. First, they are letting people vent. Secondly, they are weighing options.

I'm not going to quote the whole thing, but it was highly informative. Thank you.

NO, this proves ending DLC is on the way. This was their plan and let me tell you if Bioware pulls this off they've perhaps made the best plot twist ever.

You couldn't pay me to have her job right now...she seems like a sweetheart other than the whole "refusing to actually answer any questions" thing, and I'm sure she doesn't have any authority when it comes to that.

The best moves are always the ones that screw with your fanbase, annoying them to the point of insane rage instead of just including the ending in the game.

The question is why aren't you talking to Jessica Merizan. Obviously she advocates the endings but she seems to be just discussing them on a fan to fan level.

The twitter feeds are teases in order to placate the masses, unfortunately. Like me, you'll notice this after reading them for three days.

LOL, why are people trusting him anyway?  I mean, FFS, the guardian has something of a vested interest in Shepard NOT picking the destroy option, doesn't he?

I can't help but get the feeling that her tweets aren't so much a "hint-hint-nudge-nudge it might not be over yet!" rather a "Hey! The endings aren't so bad if you just make up what happens after in your mind, right?"

Like the "Well then pick red and go rescue her!" tweet. I don't think that was saying "I'm secretly trying to tell you that DLC is coming!" so much as "Shepard is alive which means he could go save her in the future if you wanted!"

I could be completely wrong. In fact, I would love to be. At the moment though, I just lack faith they have anything really planned.

You're right in that it would be hard to pull off, and it would be a big risk.  But there is, nonetheless, the opportunity (whether or not they decide to take it) to pull off something pretty epic.
