I do feel dorry for her though. Shes just a community manager isnt she? I cant imagine she has much input in the scheme of things; just attempting damage control, which is part of her job. No win situation really; if she says nothing she gets criticised, but she cant say anything of worth or give inside information either.
I believe we should be respectful, but I don't feel sorry for her. I've been in customer service, and it's in the job descriptions to deal with unhappy customers. She's getting paid to do so.
Well I am in customer service, so maybe thats why I doBecause sometimes, no matter what, people are unhappy and there is literally nothing you can do. And in this case, she would have had nothing to do with the finished product, yet she is the one trying to keep it together so to speak.

I really do feel like something pertaining to the ending is coming. It may be a new game. For all we know, there may be another 30 hour grind to finish the fight, but it just seems like it is in the air. Bioware is just doing a really good job of witholding the information right now. It seems they would like to give their customers more time to finish the game.
It is in the air though... we may be in for a shock
Agreed, but ain't no need to start insulting like some people do.beepbeepspace wrote...
Bottom line, she's a paid Bioware employee, its her job to protect her company. If that means she needs to mislead you or give you false hope in order to preserve her job she will do so.
Stop deluding yourselves and reading too much into her twitters, she's clearly playing a PR stalling game while the devs try to find a solution.

I feel bad for her,
They're putting her in a bad spot. If some people really believe her and take hope from her tweets only to be crushed again they may make her the target of vitriol like Hudson and Walters this afternoon.
They really should only be doing this from the faceless ME3 account.
Her own fault; she doesn't have to be putting her personal opinion into this (and really, shouldn't be)

It's not her opinion though, she's reading from a sheet.

@3K__ @vrumpt LOL! OK I'll ignore that. Yes, and one ending choice allows for that possibility

All of my rage. ALL OF IT.
I paid $80 for a conclusion, not a cliffhanger ending.

The ending can be many things, but it's not much of a clifhanger. Shepard dies. Normandy is stranded someplace. Reapers are dealt with for a little while. Armies stuck at earth, likely die before they could reach their homes if they didn't all crash already from the colored light explosion. Potential genocide vs. Geth, or destroying all racial diversity to make everybody cyborg depending on your wide choice variety. There's not much you can follow that up with, unless you do something maybe a couple million years later to let the galaxy try and recover from when Shepard broke it.

To me, these tweets boil down to the following sentiment:
"The endings are whatever you imagine them to be. If you think it was all a hallucination, then it was! Congrats, you figured it out, you smart person you."
She says this, and Bioware doesn't have to do anything more than state, "Yep, there are many interpretations of the ending, each equally valid. Making a new ending DLC would invalidate some of these creative, thoughtful interpretations, so we have decided not to do that."
I think it'll turn out that we've kind of shot ourselves in the foot by coming up with a theory makes far more sense than what the writers originally intended.

@Latent_Grandeur Also both valid interpretations. Wonder why more people aren't speculating it's another part of Earth?
HUH.... >.>
That's an interesting point. Was there anything to disprove that this wasn't a part of Earth that was still untouched?
The reapers generally went for the big cities.
