I've read enough so far about soloing the game on nightmare as a rogue and using an all warrior party. I also know that using a three mage party with one tank is pretty OP (and terribly boring after a while), but beyond these suggestions I haven't really heard of anything else.
I've tried a couple of different party combinations, and right now I am attempting to do the all warrior party on nightmare (this is fun but also frustrating). Does anyone here have any unique party combination suggestions that are also difficult/challenging to play with?

I know it is not effective. THerefore it is challenging. And it doesnt give you lots of options, so it can be stupid yes.

Oh, I understand what you meant about it not being effective and therefore challenging, I just meant that shapeshifting was a disappointment in general.
