I'm considering buying ME3 on ps3 and would like to be able to use the same face I used in ME2 on the pc. I don't have ME2 installed on my computer anymore and I don't want to have to redownload it just to get Shepard's face code.

None whatsoever, sorry. I'm having enough trouble using my ME2 files for ME3 on the same damned computer. And considering that you can't link an Origin/EA/BioWare account to a PS3 or XBOX360 account to transfer achievements, they're not big on compatibility.
