Yes one ending has Shep alive. alone and mortally wounded without a crew coming....  apparently keeps Shepard alive any not bleeding out and has someone stumble across her(his) body.

All of her tweets are basically convincing people that anything could happen afterwards. We should be happy when we see Shepard somehow barely-alive, and his/her LI stranded on jungle planet without any technology, because obviously that infers a happy-ever-after ending.
