I've beaten the game before and got most of the specializations unlocked. I played a few characters and noticed that the specialization unlocks carry over to all your other characters. However I started playing again recently and I've noticed now on all my characters (aside from the PC i've beat the game with), the specializations have locked up again.

What exactly happened? Is this a minor glitch and they'll unlock again when I can use them, or do I just have to unlock them all over again?
