if we cant get a dlc that resolves the end, then any mission(s) that revolve around the hanar/elcor/volus homeworlds and you actually get to go there and do things not just scan the planet. Not saying I'd buy it since it be pointless in the end, but would help give a more overall sweep in regards with going to the homeworlds of the main races in the game.

 Play as Anderson commanding the resistance of Earth. Or maybe the British sniper that was in Big Ben from the original trailer (forgot his name, I know he appeared during the 'final battle') this would give Bioware a lot of room to create his story while seeing the chaos on Earth and keeping things open for making choices, tailoring him to be a story you created, like Shepard.
I also love the Aria idea and for some odd reason I do miss Omega a bit...  
Or maybe they could go WAAYYY out of left field and include the ability to actually PLAY the many  space battles that occur during the game? That's a little crazy though

I want DLC where you play as a space hamster commander with a shady past leading a rag tag group of space hamsters on a full assault on the reaper force's toes in the name of love, redemption and the fight againt hamster's inhamsterity againt hamsters.

Another great DLC would be to play as an Avina VI and you get to help various beings find all of Commander Shepard's favorite stores on the Citadel.

Competitive multiplayer mode; Reapers vs Shepard's fleet in the battle for earth. Have a galaxy at war thing just for that where you fight to control different sections of Earth. And make it epic.

Harbringer Boss battle.

New Playable Character that is a Cerberus character that wants revenge on the Reapers. Possible T.I.M. after Shepard defeats him either thru words or action. And if he is this character, his side quest involves why he is still alive and finds answers both in Shepard and Harbringer and decides to fight Harbringer in a battle of villains and saves Shepard to fight again.

More about Indocrination and possiblity of reversing it.

A surprising team up between Shepard and someone else.

New Cerberus weapons and Armor.

Conrad DLC:

Take control of Conrad.

Fight on the Citadel to save the citzens.

that would be one hell of a dream and I would play it if Bioware can fit into Mass Effect 3. A part of me wants T.I.M. to pull a Darth Vader on Harbringer and have a sweet boss battle that would end all ages.
