An Animus cameo that basically reveals that Commander Shepard was really an ancestor of Desmond Miles all along!

Don't you mean descendant?

Well in a world where a Mass Effect ending would make sense, then, yes.....as it stands? no lol.

I'd like to see anything on par with Overlord.

Seriously, the first time I played through it...it was just magical.

Space magical.

New ending. But if I have to get far-fetched with it, I'd like to see a psychological thriller stand alone DLC where the main character is indoctrinated. You wouldn't know what is real and what isn't. You would be fighting indoctrination while the player learns more about indoctrination lore.

An eight hour long DLC that shows how Miranda squeezes herself into her "uniform."

well Harbringer battle. T.I.M. vs Harbringer.

Conrad and two other fighting in a battle against several hundred husks.

Grunt doing more epic things. Using 2 Cains.

Wrex standing for 8 hours straight being epic or walking away from A huge explosion. The type of huge explosion that would make a Krogan smile. And Wrex using 2 Cains.

Samara leads an Asari Commando unit to fight off the nastiest looking Reaper ever.

Kasumi, Miranda and Jacob has a mission.

Aria, Zaed and New Inflirator type character take back Omega.

Cerberus Civil War.

a RTS where you direct the final space battle.
Maybe a space flight sim where you fly around shooting at reapers, Wing Commander style.

Name One person that you think that least likely to save Shepard's life.

Name One person other than Shepard to have an epic boss battle with Harbringer.

Develop one idea to get Cerberus on your side, Terminus alliance and other groups like Yagh.

Well I want more variety within the Ending myself.

Solider: Increase 50 or more point for Weight capacity.

Sentinel: Improved Tech Armor.

Kai Leng: Improved Scenes. Even having potential Back to Back badass scene with Shepard against either Geth or Husks. Kai Leng trolls Shepard and leaves Shepard confused.

T.I.M: Chapters with Him, where we see his conflict with himself. A different side of Cerberus and More indoctorination and Reapers.

Basicly If bioware did an DLC that was unexpected in nature, What do you want that would naturally unexpected?

Like Playing as Conrad, or playing as T.I.M., or playing as Aria, Those would be unexpected to say at least.

Uplift the Yagh. The salarians wish to uplift, Shepard gets involved, and you end up (After some fun gameplay) with the question: uplift the yagh to fight the Reapers or not?

Yagh uplifting gives you like 300 points in military strength (150 with 50% readiness) and if you don't uplift them you don't gain anything. Truely a Renegade/Paragon choice because it's a choice based on short-term or long-term thinking. And any Renegade will tell you, what does it matter if the Reapers win? We need every army we can gain.

That's my out of left field DLC I want.

A variant on the oft-mentioned DLC idea:

Aria and Aethyta retake Omega!

Following a chance meeting during their escape from the Citadel during the Cerberus attack, Aria and Aethyta strike a deal: if Aethyta helps Aria kick Cerberus off Omega she'll give her Afterlife. The two quickly become vitriolic best buds, buddy cop style. You control the girls to victory in their glorious biotic rampage.

Afterwards, Shepard, Liara and Wrex arrive to see Aethyta mixing drinks at Afterlife's empty bar ('cept for the corpses). Aethyta begins to snark on your excellent timing and how *enthusiastic* she is about your chances of saving the galaxy. The party agree to sit down for a drink when Aria appears and joins in with Aethyta's taunting, making a comment to Wrex about how he never had the quad to stick around for a fight. Aria immediately realizes she's said too much. Wrex looks at Aria. Aria looks at Wrex. Realization and surprise hits Wrex. Cut to black.

Rushing through the Galaxy on some unexpected adventure with Gianna Parasini - potentially with the option for more than a kiss at the end (sorry Liara, but you forgot about our relationship from ME2 anyway, didn't you?)

That's actually a pretty good idea for a DLC. I even would pay for that if it was well done.

Thanks. Other than something that fixes the ending it's the only thing I can think of that would add something to the game. An Aria mission would just depress me. "Here Aria. You have Omega again... now you starve there and die on an lifeless astroid that may or maynot be taken offline if you choose the Destroy ending."

This actually brings up a decent moral question with the possibility of very hard opions as many people will say uplifting is bad and others pointing out "but so is being Reaper goo."

A mission to the Eclor Homeworld, where we get to see the Elcor kick some reaper butt.
A volus squadmate who drives a smaller/faster Atlas style mech on missions.
The return of Mako missions.
A Romance pack that adds Vega and Joker Romances, and expands all the others.
A Friendship pack that adds additional dialog for all current and previous squad mates, plus more Joker, Chakwas, and Dr. Michel
A Homeworld pack that adds more Thessia and Surkesh Missions, plus missions to Palaven, the Elcor and Volus Homeworlds (my first suggestion could be combined with this one).
More Rachni content.
A renegade interrupt that allows any FemShep who romanced Jacob to use her knee to alter Jacob's ability to father Children.
