i think people need to except there wont be a ending dlc,

main reason i think this is because what was the first thing they worked on once they finished the game,

a dlc for a new character and mission, not an ending, the more you look at the way EAbioware are conducting themselves in the past year or so (from DA2 really) is to build stories where they dont end and flesh out the main campiagn with DLC that do not under any circumstance add to the ending, probably a new buzz thing the high ups thought that would be hip.

The only thing that bugs me though having played a few times is, there is no closure / true conclusion what so ever on shepards story and thats where Casey has made false advertising, i work in the IT service, one thing i know, there are 2 types of business.

enterprise and consumer.

enterprise is what im in, delivering a service within a certain set of parameters of cost/ end user experience and security and so there is compromise to achieve it and is set by the enterprise.

consumer is everyday purchases which what has happened now is where the demands of the consumer has taken first place, this is due to choice, as EA have put it they are providing a service and we are a consumer, we can demand a high level of service and quality or take our wallets else where, games industry is forgetting this and like other services for consumers, the creaters (in this case EAbioware) are held accountable for falsey advertising that this game actually finishes shepards story arc when it doesnt. when a scenario like this happens then recalls and demands from the consumer take affect.

before anyone else say "but its a game", in business that excuse doesnt work due to the main 2 words EA themselves have used, Service and consumer, this means they have to abide by all other consumer laws that other business that provide a service.

i will say tho that the game was fantastic until the end.

Bioware I'm a huge fan of the Mass Effect series, I believe it's a one of the greatest accomplishments in gaming history with the ability to import previous data from one game to the next, and greatly effecting the outcome of them. Not to happy with the ending, but that's something else to say in another place. But I'd like to say that Mass Effect has had a massive impact of inspiration and imagination on me, like Star Wars did for people. I'd like to see more Mass Effect games, but I don't want to see the name be swindled with meaningless titles. I have my confidence that you will continue to move in the more progressive and positive way with the franchise.

Here here OP. ME3 is now my favorite game of all time. I had the same thoughts. I would give bioware a huge hug if i could. GOOD JOB BIOWARE!!!

So, just because we disagree with you, we should just STFU and GTFO ? Oh, ok ! And "praising" bioware is the right thing to do ? So, if we are haters, as you suggest, that makes you... a fanboy. Using your own logic kind Sir, no disrespect intended.

Yeah, I'd just like to add my congratulations to. The Mass Effect series has to be the best video games I've ever played and certainly the most memorable, well written and well acted. Don't let all the backlash get to you. You've made something special here, you guy's should feel proud.

This is a thread for people who wish to congratulate bioware not for complaining about the ending! So although your opinion is valid it is not needed nor necessary to post it in this thread there are an abundance of other places you can voice your opinion where it will be appreciated by other spoiled idiots so people doing that in this thread YES you can STFU and GTFO

Anyway to the happy bits! BW I've grown up playing your games and I couldn't love them more if I tried thank you for all your hard and incredibly well done work over the years ME is a huge part of my life and debates as to why gaming is a far greater experience than any other form of media around today! The landscape of gaming would be considerably different if you guy were gone it makes me sad to think about it , may BW and all your franchises continue to be the shining light you've always been! I just want to congratulate Bioware. By seeing the Mass Effect trilogy through to its conclusion, you guys did something no one else has done. Something no one else thought possible. Mass Effect is the most important series to come out of this console generation. I'd probably stretch to say the last ten years of video games. The reason for this is simple - Bioware had the balls to say that your story, your Shepard, and all of the decisions and moments you had, would carry through from one game to the next. They accomplished that. I specifically remember a point in 2007 when I heard the promise of this trilogy, that I thought it'd be impossible. Fully voice-acted protagonists for RPGs were still a new concept when Mass Effect came out. Dialogue wheels were an ingenious idea, and one that will probably permeate through the rest of Bioware's work. All in all, Mass Effect as a trilogy was a resounding success. They accomplished everything they set out to do, and for the lucky bunch who came along for the ride since the beginning, it's become the best science fiction universe out there.

Definitely, congratulations are in order.

I know you might not have much experience with slang, friends, or girls etc. White Knight is a term for someone who protects a female from dogs aka men with no class trying to get at her, even though he himself wants her, he tries to act like he's superior to those others by winning her over looking dominant, confident, alpha, and experienced.

That term has nothing to do with video games, a company, or any of the sort you are trying to use it for. It's like saying Captain Saveahoe.. see how dumb that sounds now? that's how you sound to people smart enough to know the words you are trying hard to fit into your situations

Good triology, way better than dao turned to be. Endings are fine ,since so many fat brats are whining about them. Gj bioware, I kind of regret that I didn't pre order collectors edition of this game, since da2 made me think twice. Also, forget c&c , its bad juju , stay with mass effect and revive dragon age into something decent again. Oh and make Jade Empire 2.

What a hypocritical post. How can you claim that we are the minority? At least we have some evidence to the contrary. You have none.

You have a poll on BSN to which people have admitted that they voted more than once on.  BSN does not represent the community as a whole. Most of the community is shaking their heads at how idiotic people are acting.
