Its not her fault ME3 ended on a note more laughable than BATTLEFIELD EARTH.

It wasn't meant to be personal.  It was just an observation.  If Jessica was some obscure poster, everyone would call her a troll.

Jessica is a nice person from everything I have seen. She has tried over and over to be open and nice to the fans, but she is just a community Rep, she can not really address any of the questions that are being thrown at her. She is just doing her job in a very difficult time.

For some of us she got a dream job - she went to work with a gaming company that she was a huge fan of. It is just a shame that the company has made some blunders of late, and she is caught trying to put out the flames.

Okay, I understand that.  But I'm just saying, if this Jessica woman was any other poster here, we'd be lining up calling her a troll.  Check the other threads where this has happened.

Sigh, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Calling their theories stupid is not the way forward. Also, feel for the poor woman - she's left mopping up the mess made by someone else and is trying valiantly to do so. I think she deserves some slack.

Wait they did because Hackett told Shep the crucible wasn't working and it was something on his end, so why would Joker still retreat?

Actually, I never considered that. I always thought, "Okay, maybe nobody had a visual on Shepard when he walked through the beam. And communcations from HQ to Shep and Anderson were cut."

Yet Hackett knew you where on the Citadel AND had communcations open with you. Why would Joker decide now was a nice time to retreat? And even after the Crucible activates, he'd have no reason to run when every other Alliance ship is still flying in orbit above Earth.
