I have installed and uninstalled multiple times to no effect.

I can't earn level-up progress points. I'm now level six and I still don't have any. When I turned level 6 my squad mates got ONE POINT. When I first arrived on Mars (level 3?) I was told that I had level-up progress points available but when I went to go look there were none.

How am I really supposed to play if I can't upgrade my skills? I went on the EA chat support and AFTER THE FOURTH PERSON finally someone knew what I was talking about and said "Please post it on the forums and I'll forward this to our 'senior staff'". What is going on, am I missing something? Please someone respond quickly!
