If you bought from Steam (as I did), it unlocks at 1pm Central Time, US. If you bought from Direct2Drive, I believe it unlocks at 10am Central Time. There are some other DD sources, but I don't know when they unlock...
Those time differences beg the question of why they aren't all unlocking at the same time...

D2D should unlock at 10am Pacific time, which is noon central.

So far the 10am PST unlock means I have just enough time to enjoy lunch at work, come home, and play till morning!

If D2D butchers the Unlock the same way they did the Pre-Load, I'm demanding my money back seeing as I could have been playing today had I ordered from EA...

lol I was just going to say, I hope they don't say 10am and actually mean 3pm..... It wasn't a butcher though technical difficulties happen. I don't think everyone who ordered from EA gets to play today, it depends on who's delivering the product not on EA.

Why is the unlock time so stupid though? I asked D2D and they said the unlock time is chosen by BioWare. BioWare, guys, don't get me wrong you make great games, but why not let us play at midnight?
Bioware is like a responsible parent. They know you have to work tomorrow, so they're not letting you stay up all night playing it, so that you can call in sick!

yeah I don't get that, I mean people who buy the retail box in the store will be able to do that since I know there are gamestops that are having midnight release parties for this game. So why not those of us who got a DD copy?

I'm sure it's EA making the decision not Bioware so you'd be better of asking them. In all honesty though I'm sure the companies want to do it during their business hours, with Steam and D2D on the West coast it just happens like that.
