I finished my playthrough with Liara and got the flashbacks of joker, anderson and liara. Though after doing some reading it seems that besides Liara onlyAash and Kaiden are put forward as flashbacks if you romanced them. What about the other LI? 
I was going to do another playthough with Tali but I dont want to if at the end the flashback shows default Liara. 

Is this a bug or is this all bioware put into the flashbacks? Would be damn shame if they were just lazy.

They have been extremely lazy, there are a massive list of copped out shortcuts that i found were taken with gameplay and graphics. For example, the ambient people on second and third stories of floors that you cannot interact with, they are either static and poorly designed(as well as copy and pasted) or they added a haze to make a very ugly false movement.
*spoiler alert*
The "present" tali leaves you if you romance her again in the game is terrible, the photo was obtained off of a stock image site and poorly photoshopped. Im disappointed with that, being my LI with Tali was probably my favorite of all of them. And the chance to see that adorable quarians face was ruined by a shoddy and lazy design team.

Oh and to add, my ending never worked. I got black screened so i had to exit the game losing my quick save and now i need to restart that final part on my femshep again..,

Noononoonononono. That was a gift from the gods. Do not finish. Just play multiplayer.

Im already 100% galactic awareness with a level 17 adept drell and i already have every character except the salarian engineer, i think it is time to play single again.
