I'm wondering how to import a saved ME2 file to ME3 because so far I tried looking for threads and nothing really came up. So yeah I even tried looking in the file set and didn't find anything for saved files. So please a little help?

You just have to make sure that your ME2 saves are in the directory where ME2 would've installed them. Just make sure it's in My Documents --> Bioware --> Mass Effect 2 --> Save (as explained in the link posted by Gjeter.)
