... dont fully understand how to go bout unlocking it. Ive got BF3 and ME3 both on Origin guess thats all I need but when I jump into ME3 MP the pack doesnt show up. Ive even played a few MP games on BF3 thinking maybe thats what i had todo.

You don't need a code, you need to have PRE-ORDERED BF3. Simply owning it don't work. Everyone keeps missing that bit. Basically, if you got ME3 Demo MP Early Access, you have to have the BF3 pack.

I did not preorder Battlefield 3 and I got the pack. I did buy the physical copy of it, though.
There was an earlier post from a Bioware dev that said that you need the Battlefield 3 Early Access to the Demo Multiplayer thing to show up in your registered game content for you to get the pack.

When I opened the pack, it said "For owners of Battlefield 3 Limited Edition".
Pre-order customers got that version for free, but it should still be possible to get a hold of (on the Origin store at least).
