I've lost at least 480k (8 spectre packs). It really bugs me.

I'm not counting the times I actually recieved something despite the bugged timeout.

This issue should be top priority. (after ending that is :P )

Update: Lost another 100k credits due to the not sucessfull buy pack bug again.

Credits lost: 144800 ( Plus veteran plus pack, plus Geth Snipper Rifle )

i found a workaround for this bug:

If you get the message that the purchase failed, exit the store and re-enter. It will search for outstanding purchases.
It may not happen on the first try, just exit end re-enter again, you willl get it!!

It worked for me the 3 times i got this error.

240 bioware points down the drain :) This is why my origin id is "steamisbestgtfo" because when games are on steam, they never have issues like this.
On another note, Origin support recommended me to delete my cache.... helpful advice...not

Both lost. Contacted Origin support who recommended that I delete my cache, disable my firewall and anti-virus etc etc. Then when they finally listened and realised that it is an in-game issue they forwarded all blame to Bioware and directed me here.

Steamisbest is a monumental understatement.

what I don't understand is why the delay with the updates. Where I work, if we do not update at least once a day we can get fired - HUGE Customer relations issue.

Tried to buy two Premium Veteran Packs. Got first one, then on second one, got error. Restarted game and noticed my credits were gone. Only 33k.. but still.

Ended up not getting my victory pack because of this issue, at the time I was attempting to retrieve it I was getting errors trying to retrieve any pack, but once the victory pack was gone from my list, all the others worked happily.

I have had the same problem for a while lost about 180K credits (3 spectre packs), unable to connect to games afterwards or host them. Exit the game and my credits are gone.
Now i spent 160 Bioware points on a spectre pack and it happened again. I can accept it happening with ingame credits, but losing Bioware points i.e. real money and im less accepting.

Please fix this and give the outstanding content or credits to victims

Ha, I've just gotten the same suggestions from EA support.  Following their briliiant algorithm to a T!

For what it is worth, I have kept track of my characters, their levels, weapons, weapon levels, and weapon mods and can say every time that I had a pack purchase fail, when I go back into the game, I will find the "appropriate" number of new items hidden in my inventory.  (For example, for the 33K special pack, for me there are always 3 characters/weapons/mods.)  The only time I ever see a "New" flag is on a new appearance level (like secondary color) for a character or for a brand new weapon (not a new weapon level).  I have easily gone through 15 packs with this process.  I don't keep track of equipment numbers, but I have seen my maximum capacity for one of them go from 2 to 3.

But like many others here, once a shopping trip has failed, I am rarely able to connect to a new match without quitting ME3 entirely.  Is there any secret way to reset the connection to EA from within the game?  (It is obviously not connected when this happens because the global leaderboards are blank.)

Lost 240k yesterday trying to buy spectre packs alone. Not sure how much on other packs. Matter of fact, the only ones that seem to work at all right now are recruit packs.

I've lost around 500 Bioware Points on spectre and premium veteran packs. Newsflash, Bioware, those points cost real money, and when you jack us out of our purchases, you're stealing from us. We deserve refunds, get this fixed.

I dunno if anyone else has mentioned it. I hadn't had this problem since Day 1 of release, until the day of Operation Goliath. I'm sure others have had it before that, but that is when it first began to affect me.

For me its very intermittent when it occurs. Peak play times it seems it may occur more often. And I also suspect the occurrence to rise during this weekend's event too.

Out 120,000  200,000 220,000 credits so far on spectre packs/vertan packs. Didn't recieve items and lost the credits. Origin ID: Mal_Calhoun. I was also experiencing an inability to join any games after the bug every time. Required Mass Effect 3 and Origin relaunch to fix, however the items and credits were still lost. HIGHLY aggrivating. 

Bioware is still my favorite game developer and Electronic Arts, I must say, they are the only reason I pay you any money at all. Your servers are crappy, your customer service is crappy, Origin is crappy, and everything you touch turns to ****.

would be nice if Bioware reissue the pack/s, redeemed mine a couple of days ago only to get the purchase failed screen, then i logged out, restarted ME3 and went back into multiplayer only to find my bonus pack had been removed from the list and no new stuff was in my inventory :(

my pack was the one you got from beating a brute on silver, would have finished with a full extraction too had my internet not died on me.......again :(
