Lost lots of Bioware points, lost lots of credits. Talked to support, they said they wont reimburse or do anything for me. I think the problem was highlighted by the fact that each transaction is treated like a DLC purchase or something as there person said I had too many transactions and it would take him an hour to check them all. So I suggest that everyone hold their breath as we will probably get our points and credits back after half of us die of asphyxiation and reduce the load on their servers.

Now, maybe they actually fixed something (doubtful) but I may have found a workaround? I was having the problem well over 90% of the time, but I have shopped successfully the last four times I have tried, during different times today.

After the end of a mission, I always quit the game lobby. Then I have followed these steps each time:
1. Check the global leaderboard (not just your friends, I click right to see the global list)
2. Open the store but don't buy anything, just exit it
3. Check the global leaderboard again
4. Go back in the store and shop away.

This sounds crazy, but could somebody else try it? Maybe it is just coincidence but I have been unable to shop for days, and now all of a sudden it is working better....

I tried this today but could only check it once since i didn't have more than 23k credits, successfully bought a Veteran pack using this technique considering i was having a problem and couldn't purchase anything yesterday. Can anyone else with more credits in bag clarify this method?

My wife has lost ~120k+ credits, but I haven't had the problem at all

Could it have something to do with us sharing a connection? I have UDP ports 3659,6000 forwarded to -my- PC.

THERE IS A FIX TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE
If/when a purchase fails disconnect from the internet by pulling the plug on your machine or by disabling wifi. This will return you to the main menu. (DONT QUIT THE GAME)
Enable your internet access again and return to the multiplayer menu and your pack unlocks now.
Myself and my friend had only postive result using this method.

Hmm, it seems to work. Just bought something like ten Premium Veteran Packs without any problems (been saving up my credits, had two million sitting around). I'll test again at a different time to see if it's not just something related to time/network load.

For now I'll link your post and quote it in the first post. Thanks!

Based on this thread, I wrote down my equipment stats when I encountered the Store error AGAIN tonight (17, 24, 35, 41). I then exited the game entirely, logged out of Origin, then booted the game back up. The 33k credits were still gone, but I *did* notice +3 Thermal Clip Pack. However, I could NOT verify if anything else was given.

So there seems to be two problems Bioware needs to address.

1) The actual bug that may or may not be eating peoples' credits/BP.
2) Give us a log that details recent acquisitions.

Even if no credits were lost in this process, I would be pissed that I never got the chance to see what's inside the boxes. The thrill of gambling is the whole reason you went with CCG-esque loot, is it not? So you can solve this entire issue either by fixing 1) or by fixing 2). Preferably both, but I would honestly settle for 2).

P.S. The "check the leaderboards first to ensure a connect to Bioware servers before using the Store" thing doesn't work.

Bioware really needs to upgrade their networking...reaper code maybe. I've lost about 10 packs and the associated credits, and yep, when this happens, half the time I can't connect back to multiplayer. The network doesn't even attempt to reconnect you, heck I have to reboot half the time to get back in to multiplayer as even exiting ME3 and Origin completely still will only get me "network error" when I try and go back in to play multiplayer again.

Failed to get a Premium Vet Pack last night, and failed to get a regular Vet pack tonight.

You know, Bioware, if you want me to play during your multiplayer events, this is not exactly a strong motivation to do so. Would be nice to be refunded the 53000 credits, but that is not going to happen I'm sure.

3rd Premium Vet pack failed to open.

Did a full inventory of every weapon, mod, equipment, consumable, etc, when I got the error message. Logged completely out of the game, came back in, rechecked against my list. New items were there. However, I had to go through my inventory, weapon by weapon, mod by mod, to see what new showed up.

So, for everyone losing credits/BP, hopefully you are in fact receiving items when you exit and reenter the game.

BioWare points lost: 160
Special packs lost: Victory Pack

So. I haven't got my other challange pack yet. It's been few days now And i have contacted customer support 2 times already.

What hapaned?

When I was redeeming my pack the ME3 store lagged out. I restarted the game and after loging back in and opening the store the pack was gone but no items were redeemed.

No solution yet. Support has forwarded my issue to the senior support teem. I am waiting to hear back from them. So far I am very disappointed.

Also I have lost 160 BioWare points due to this bug.
