Also, it started with trying to get victory pack on the 21st, but got nothing except the error. 3 days later i tried to buy specter with bioware points. Nothing happened, only the points are gone :S

I have emailed them several times to document all the credit losses. They don't have a clue and ask that we post our problems in this forum. Nevertheless, I feel it is important to document your losses, so send them a mail at: help.ea.com.

The problem seems utterly inconsistant for me, though usually it results in failure to finalise the transaction. It's failed like over half a dozen times for me now but only once in the past week have I actually managed to purchase a pack. unfortunately I did not log the time or day that I was able to buy a spectre pack.
The information returned by the EA customer support is not really helpful because it doesn't really tell me anything I 've not seen in this thread. (Names removed for security reasons)

TBH utterly honest the two points he makes has no effect or impact whatsoever, I have started ME3 gone straight to multiplayer menu without starting a game and trying to make a purchase and the same thing happens.

I have been mostly buying recruit packs, but it seems to be something with the server connection? I have noticed the game seems to have problems keeping a connection sometimes whether I am just starting up multiplayer or during a match and losing connection randomly (though this is somewhat rare).
Also spent time talking to a customer support rep, who logged my OS and platform -- who also said that bioware was looking into the problem.
P.S. I noticed during my conversation with the rep, certain words will trigger automated responses, i.e. like thank you warranted an auto "If there is anything else that you need help with, please let us know." and he was like that was a typo....

Happened to me on two different days now. When it happens, I cannot get into a new match either... just totally dead. I wasn't thrilled about multiplayer Mass... but it's good to know that good or bad, at least it's broken and unplayable.

To date i have already lost about 450k Credits and 480 BW pts from this bug.....
Not too bothered about the credits, but BW pts are real money.

Encouraged, i bought few more, everything went nicelly but then one purchase bugged again. Wont let me buy another, need to contact the support the message said. Anyway, waiting for self resolution again :S

Lucky you. Another 60k gone for me.
Bioware seems to be aware of the fact that they are stealing people's real life money when these points purchases fail, yet they are taking zero steps towards fixing it or refunding them. Perhaps it is time to have a third party contact them.
