I have been mostly buying recruit packs, but it seems to be something with the server connection? I have noticed the game seems to have problems keeping a connection sometimes whether I am just starting up multiplayer or during a match and losing connection randomly (though this is somewhat rare).

Also spent time talking to a customer support rep, who logged my OS and platform -- who also said that bioware was looking into the problem.

P.S. I noticed during my conversation with the rep, certain words will trigger automated responses, i.e. like thank you warranted an auto "If there is anything else that you need help with, please let us know." and he was like that was a typo....

I almost got screwed out of another pack, had trouble buying a premium veteran pack. Closed game and came back to see I had a shiny new matlock. Seriously.... weird space magic

I guess that in some cases you get the items, but there is no indication for that. I just bought the 20k pack, had the message and when i restarted the game i had Krogan Sentinel unlocked

Perhaps.... just as a safety procaution now, I'm buying recruit packs before I buy anything else. Would rather get screwed out of 5000 credits than really anything above that.

Been happening to me since a day or two after launch.

I have to purchase something, wait for it to "fail", exit the game, restart the game, then rummage through all of my items and characters just to see what's new.

I haven't flat out lost credits. I always get some items or characters or what have you out of it. It's just a colossal pain in the ass, especially when I'm with a good group and have to ditch after a game just to replenish my consumables.

- On returning to multiplayer, the previously restored credits have been lost.
- No indication of "New" appearences, weapons, or items in multiplayer.

Same problem here as described in the orignal post. I've lost 420000 credits so far. All spectre packs. On one occassion transaction failed, but I actually got the items so I didnt count that. Also one recruit pack lost but meh, I forgive bioware that one.

Both times trying to purchase a spectre pack this weekend, the least you could do is refund us... Or actually fix something. If they won't refund us the least they can do is offer the multiplayer DLC for free, people are essentially losing real money through this and it's unacceptable.

I've not been able to purchase packs all weekend.  Any packs.  I've not tracked how much money I've lost but its a lot.

This is getting annoying. Last weekend already lost 100k credits, yesterday again 130,000 credits, buying veteran packs. In the current state, you can simply forget about the multiplayer part.

Just happened to me. I just lost 60k credits while buying a specter pack. will it be refunded?
But people actually losing Bioware points for that? 9_9. I think that's it's against the law to ban someone who's contacting his credit company as he/she basically paid for something he did not receive (unless EA refunds him/her).

I experienced this issue 2 hours ago, spent 33k on a premium veteran pack, it failed and my credits seemingly refunded but after quitting multiplayer and starting again 2 hours later the only thing I see is my 33k credits have gone for nothing.

Came across this bug several times in the last few days sadly. Bit of a shame really, the multiplayer is pretty enjoyable.

Just now had this happen again, 33k lost on a failed transaction and then messages on restart about the ME3 server being unavailable. This has become beyond annoying to say the least.

And this is especially when trying the specter pack.

Bioware! PLease fix this already or atleast confirm that you know about this.

Having the same issues for maybe a week or 2 now, didn't have it in the demo nor the first few days of launch of the full game.

Happend only once when I tried to buy a spectre pack with bioware points, since then I didn't want to spend my bioware points on it anymore.

Happens too many times with normal credits to even want to try and spend my credits

I did notice it tends to happen less when you buy the packs via bioware points, it pretty much always works except for the one time I mentioned earlier.

Will keep my count of points and credits updated.

It's happened to me again. 99,000 Credits now (Origin ID: PsychoticBiotic).

Bioware, this is intolerable and a disservice to all your customers and fan base. People need to be refunded for their lost time and money due to these errors on your end. This problem makes my wonder why I even bother playing anymore.
