I've now lost 180,000 credits in total. You better refund us or at least compensate us with something. This is very bad business and it's only going to get worse the longer you let it go on. BioWare you are really starting to get on my nerves.

Hey guys - in the mean time, why not just NOT buy stuff from the store and save up all that money? Might as well hold off with what you have now and not take the risk of having it all go to waste.

For how long though? Another 10 days? And somehow I just got this problem.

Ya, I have been holding off cause it seems like whenever I purchase something the chances of the transaction failing only increases. The problem is I've run out of medigels and rockets so that screws me over big time in anything but bronze matches. I've had this issue for like 10+ days now, kinda sucks when you can't unlock anything new

Wish I'd seen this thread about 10mins earlier, just lost 33k credits to this plus at least 10k in the past. Not a huge amount but still very annoying and a good couple of hours or so of bronze runs :<

Failed spectre pack purchase (not the first time) and now i can't even join or host online game. Message says"A network error occurred". I'm afraid that I'll lose those points when I'll restart multiplayer:pinched:.

Also, today my autologin failed and I could log in in my account only with 4th try. At first I thought my account got hacked , lol. Anyone else experiencing this?

Lost another 5k yesterday on a Recruit pack.

I've had marginal purchase success if I completely exit both ME3 and Origin, make sure the Origin process has stopped, restart origin, start ME3 from the Origin window, go straight to multiplayer, and make my purchase. I always start with a Recruit pack to see if the purchase bug is gonna bite me. If I can buy the Recruit pack successfully, I can usually make other purchases safely.
Even doing all of that doesn't let me avoid the bug reliably though. But at least if I'm hit by the bug, I only loose 5k credits instead of 60k or w/e :-\\

Well... Some don't have much choice but to try. I was completely out of rockets and down to my last medigel. I'm not a super useful team mate without essentials like those.... I had to bite the bullet and try to figure out a way to get supplies...

Lost a premium veteran, a veteran, and several (3 or 4, at least) recruit packs. Estimating at 73k credits lost, probably more. Origin ID is kz3rt; also, way back when the game launched I lost my asari vanguard and quarian infiltrator due to the bug where you're in store at the start of a round.

I noticed it start around the weekend, first just with issues connecting to games, then later with buying the occasional recruit pack. It's only today as I've recently move on to the veteran packs that I had the issue again and noticed I'd lost credits without getting any rewards.

I've not been playing multiplayer a huge amount, but before this weekend I hadn't had any trouble at all. Maybe it's the servers having intermittent issues as more people have started the multiplayer?

Yes, this same thing has happened to me, the store says let EA know if this continues to happen. I let them know and they responded with "sorry for the inconvenience." Was pretty difficult to accept that at face value, but now I know that I shouldn't visit the store unless it's when I immediately boot up the game from desktop.

Hi.  I wanted to say that this just happened to me.  I bought a spectre pack, the game hit a loading message and then an error processing.  At this point I still had the 60k credits.

I jumped into a match with 3 friends a couple of minutes later and something weird happened.  I saw them leave (the game continued for me) and they said I was dropped from the game.  I left the game (exit to windows) came back in, tried to get to origin (shift f1) and nothing came up.  The screen got a bit darker but there were no tabs or buttons that popped up.  I joined them in their game, but I had to exit mass effect 3, open up origin, then joined through the friends list. 

Still out 60k and would like either the spectre pack or 60k credits back.
