I'd bet that most, if not all of you, got the items you paid for. You simply didn't get anything new that would stand out. This error happened to me many times last week. I'd have to go sifting through my stuff to notice any changes. Sometimes it was obvious, like a new character. Other times it was much more subtle, like an upgrade to a gun, or just a little more EXP because I got a repeat of a character. Nothing that would trigger a "new" icon. Point is, unless the glitch has morphed into something I haven't experienced, you're getting your items properly. It's just delayed and goofed.
This is not so. Check the video out on the first post.

This is simply how the bug affects people: some have reported getting all the items, others have reported getting nothing, and others report getting some of the items. It hasn't "morphed" at all.NubXL wrote...

On a related note I'm sure someone would be willing to take you on with that bet, given there's a gifting mechanism for Bioware points

Its pretty easy to know if you got the items or not.
I always check in my characters and weapons and lost at least 180k to this bs.

Credits lost: 0
Bioware Points Lost: 120
Lost a Jumbo Equipment Pack.
Clicked to purchase pack with points, game got stuck on communicating with server and froze. Game wouldn't respond and after several minutes had to force quit.
Restarted and loaded up the store, points are gone and there doesn't appear to be any items added as a result of the attempted purchase.

- 1. Don't leave the game or the store when your pack fails.
- 2. Alt-Tab and disconnect from the internet, or just unplug the cable. You will be booted back to the main menu after being told that you need to be connected.
- 3. Reconnect.
- 4. Click on the connect to EA servers button in the ME3 main menu.
- 5. Click on Multiplayer again.

I'll give this a try and see what happens. *edit* Didn't even get the chance to... From the time of this post I purchased like 10+ specter packs and another 5 Bonus equipment packs with no problem. First time in awhile I have been able to purchase stuff no problem.Wynne wrote...
Well, that's another 93k gone. Spectre & JEP. Please take note: The CTRL+ALT+Delete method didn't work, but the method someone mentioned about remaining in-game, killing your connection and then re-connecting it? It did work.Tested twice. Worked both times. My pack was waiting for me when I clicked on Multiplayer and automatically opened, displaying my items as normal.
