I'd bet that most, if not all of you, got the items you paid for. You simply didn't get anything new that would stand out. This error happened to me many times last week. I'd have to go sifting through my stuff to notice any changes. Sometimes it was obvious, like a new character. Other times it was much more subtle, like an upgrade to a gun, or just a little more EXP because I got a repeat of a character. Nothing that would trigger a "new" icon. Point is, unless the glitch has morphed into something I haven't experienced, you're getting your items properly. It's just delayed and goofed.

no i'm not NubXL, i know what you are talking about, and I've seen that happen too, I record all my consumables and have noted whenever that particular situation happens. Fact is, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work but you still get gear and sometimes you lose your credits. I've even lost xp before on this bug

He gained 5 medigel at the very least.  He just didn't recognize the other things he got.

This is simply how the bug affects people: some have reported getting all the items, others have reported getting nothing, and others report getting some of the items. It hasn't "morphed" at all.

On a related note I'm sure someone would be willing to take you on with that bet, given there's a gifting mechanism for Bioware points ;)

Its pretty easy to know if you got the items or not.
I always check in my characters and weapons and lost at least 180k to this bs.

Another 5k down the loo, total of 25k. Weird thing is that I bought two no problems, but it failed on the third one.

Bioware Points Lost: 120

Lost a Jumbo Equipment Pack.

Clicked to purchase pack with points, game got stuck on communicating with server and froze. Game wouldn't respond and after several minutes had to force quit.

Restarted and loaded up the store, points are gone and there doesn't appear to be any items added as a result of the attempted purchase.

Well, that's another 93k gone. Spectre & JEP. Please take note: The CTRL+ALT+Delete method didn't work, but the method someone mentioned about remaining in-game, killing your connection and then re-connecting it? It did work.
  • 1. Don't leave the game or the store when your pack fails.
  • 2. Alt-Tab and disconnect from the internet, or just unplug the cable. You will be booted back to the main menu after being told that you need to be connected.
  • 3. Reconnect.
  • 4. Click on the connect to EA servers button in the ME3 main menu.
  • 5. Click on Multiplayer again.
Tested twice. Worked both times. My pack was waiting for me when I clicked on Multiplayer and automatically opened, displaying my items as normal.

I'll give this a try and see what happens.   *edit* Didn't even get the chance to... From the time of this post I purchased like 10+ specter packs and another 5 Bonus equipment packs with no problem. First time in awhile I have been able to purchase stuff no problem.

Just lost 60K today - not 5 minutes ago; and lost over 40K sometime over the past weekend. Received a game disconnect, tried to go into the store afterwards and the store worked normally when the purchases failed - it recycled the credits back into my account. Purchases at all levels failed. Exited to main menu and re-entered MP - same problem. Exited game and recycled Origin sign-in; started up ME3 and went into MP - 60K of credits gone. (it's not that much credit wise just beginning to be a hassle.)
