Hmm.. Happens to me too. Just bought a Spectre pack, and was very annoyed that I didn't get any items. Restarted the game, and 60000 was gone.. BUT, when I hit the Weapons button, I saw that I've gotten the Graal Spike Thrower, which I didn't have before, so.. Something must have gone through. :S

Also I put up a post in the Multiplayer forums to warn others that it could happen to them!

I tried to play a multiplayer match as recommended (either host or join) and it just refused to either start a game or join one which in the end forced me to quit the game.
As soon as I loaded it back the Credits were gone again - I've had enough of this now.

There are a few people who have also reported receiving items despite the failed transaction, but that in itself can also be considered a bug since that might mean you can spam purchase attempts (and fail attempts) for unlimited item unlocks. Since the client thinks you have the money, it'll keep sending out requests until you restart.phalnx wrote...
Happened to me a little while ago, after i saw this post, i started up my game, and found out i was missing 60000 pts from a spectre pack, then i decided to check my classes and inventory, found out i had an Asari Adept now, might be worth checking your inventory and seeing if you have anything new.

No, it doesn't work like that. In had this problem, and spammed it trying to get it to work. I had only got one pack when I logged back in to check, as I only had the money for one. It is annoying though as I thought I had lost it until I checked.

Highly frustrating when I'm running around with rank 1 weapons! (Yes, I'm slow.)

Have they addressed that there is a problem with the store yet? It said to contact Customer Support, but I'm not sure how to do that - just create another post here (and hope that it isn't overlooked)?
Cheers...only 5,000 points, which is just 20 minutes in a Bronze game. I'm not "super skilled" at this, so Silver is hard enough for me...and it's not 60,000+ points like most of you have lost. I'm just afraid of it happening again!

It's incredibly frustrating to the point I just uinstalled the game. I'm sure I might regret this once I calm down, but honestly I have limited time on the weekend and it sounds like theres no way to be reimbursed credits/origin points when this happens. Largely disappointing.

I had the exact same issue. Contacted EA support, but unfortunately it does not look like they can do much (if anything) about it and they basically said your best bet is posting on the forums.Stee156 wrote...
Just lost 60k too, tried to buy a specter pack gives me a error. Credits were subtracted then after a load comes back. Restart the game and the 60k is subtracted and no pack. Restarted the game went to the store and still nothing.
Also checked everything, admittedly I Don't know the exact number of missiles and ammo I had but medi gel still 0 and no new levels and no new weapons or characters.
For the record: I had the issue, quit the game, restarted multiplayer, saw the credits had gone without providing anything new. I was not at the match waiting screen etc. at the time, I had exited to the multiplayer menu (like in the second screenshot) then proceeded to the store.
The exact message displayed was - "One or more of your purchases failed to process. If this error continues to appear, please contact customer support."
Here's some screenshots - the before/after. (Credits disapeared, nothing new - I didn't take a picture of the character screen, but nothing new there either, there were also no additional medi-gels, ammo packs, etc.).

A Grand total of 10 Spectre Packs down the toilet and counting.
I hope they credit us for all these credits lost especially the Bioware Points that were wasted!
