Ever since they did the Victory Packs I have not been able to actually purchase a single thing in the store. I try at least once a day and nothing every time. It is starting to make MP alittle pointless.

It looks like overloaded server .. try different times. For example 10pm to 12pm CET is impossible to buy anything. Around 1am it's better (not perfect). But I might just be guessing.

This has happened a couple of times to me. Figure a 100k or so. I click on purchase, and if takes more than a tick, I start thinking ah ****. Get error "Your purchase did not go through". Last night I tried rebooting and Origin crashed on startup. I uninstalled Origin and reinstalled. There was an error between 'Cloud' and 'System'. Chose cloud. Reinstalled. Everything worked fine after that. I'm still down the credits.

Had the same problem, they're blaming it on the servers and saying that refunds are not possible.  This is fraud.

I see a lawsuit coming.

I've lost over 300k credits to purchases that won't go through so far, at least one spectre pack a day when I play.

Do you have a link or copy of who said this and when/where? I think you are likely correct in your assumption about legal action. *IF* what you have typed is their policy and *IF* they choose not to reimburse those who've lost Bioware points (credit card purchases), they will be in violation of federal and state statutes governing consumer purchases with credit cards.  Generally speaking, there is a 60 day period in which to file a complaint, so there is still time for Bioware/EA to make this right.

I thought this as well, but my work hours are 24 hours shifts so I get time at work and have tried at different times thru out the day including 4 in the morning to no avail.

I have a Jumbo, Spectre and Veteran pack sat on my hardrive. Problem is the game won't recognise them in any way whatsoever. Is there support for the XBox 360 version to get this rectified?

Same here, I lost 5 Spectre packs over the past week. Thanks for the post telling us not to exit, I had stopped buying anything and was getting frustrated with my low level weapons.

The best way I have found to avoid this issue is restarting the game before purchasing. Has worked most of the time. Annoying but at least I get less errors.

 Lost:
- Victory Pack
- 160 Bioware Points/Spectre Pack

Victory Pack not there anymore, my Bioware Points were not refunded.
I called EA Support and they told me they've been asked not to manipulate accounts while Bioware fixes the issue. Supposedly I will be getting my packs once this is fixed. If not, I have a documented ticket with EA Support.

Bought two Spectre Pack
Lost 320 BWP (Spectre)
Origin ID: Karsciyin

Store worked fine previously. The fact that this is actually a super common problem, has been for days, and is taking BWP (ie real money).... NOT. HAPPY.

EDIT: Already tried exiting and re-entering store several times, same error. Restarted to try again - the recruit pack I bought, the credits were refunded, but the Bioware points were NOT. The hell is this, Origin, this is why nobody like you

Love too how they say "contact customer support" where they seem to go out of their way to make things difficult, ignore your problem and just give an auto-reply, then tell you go go away and bother someone else who takes you through the exact same process all over again

I didn't get hit by this bug in the same way most of you guys have...

Credits lost: 33000
Origin ID: Luckily_Cursed

So, purchasing a Premium Veteran pack a week ago, and as the Please Wait message pops up, the game crashes to desktop. This was a first, and apparently I've only lost the credits.

I'm not outraged, just mildly annoyed, and I'll just wait patiently for it. It's not stopping me from playing more, just ticked I didn't get some sweet unlocks then. Oh well...

I've been doing this too, but once in awhile it doesn't work :pinched:

I honestly don't even know how much I've lost...

How can I tell wether it's "safe" to buy or not...?

Buy a recruit pack, if it goes through it's safe to buy.

I can confirm that one. Well, i only tested it once but it sounds very plausible. It won't save you the credits, but it will minnimize your loss.
