I've had it happen to me. Only when I cam back in I had the stuff from my pack. It jsut didn't let me know I had. Got my Asari Adept out of one of these bugged purchases.

So far this weekend a mere 60k but it's every time I try to get a pack from the store now.

Successfully bought a veteran pack, so feeling brave I bought a Spectre pack. Guess what? Another 60k down the drain.

Between this and the clipping bug the multiplayer is becoming losing some of it's lustre for me tbh.

 Ok... So I'm frustrated enough to jump through the hoops on this forum to gain the ability to post a damn comment...

I lost at least 200,000 credits to this bug.  At least 3-4 Spectre Packs and 1-2 Veteran Pack, but I'm going to go with a number I'm SURE of.  It happened exactly as the OP describes and as the YT video that was posted.  It's a very discouraging feeling to realize your past few hours of work just got robbed from you.  I want my credits back.

This has been troubling me for a bit now.  I've lost 80k credits and 160 Bioware points to this.  I've been trying to email EA/Bioware about it as well, however, I keep getting an error "Unable to redirect to source" every time I try to log into the customer support email.

This has been going on for about 2 weeks now, and is starting to get truly frustrating.

Can't believe they haven't fixed this now. Even worse - they don't even care to address the issue.

The only decent thing to do is to close the shop until the problem is fixed but I guess its to much to ask for the business model EA is running. This has to be illegal.
