This bug seems to get worse then better. When the game launched and in the demo it happened to me sometimes. Now I cannot get a single pack any more without getting the error.

Based on what I am reading here, if I pursue the fraud, I get punished? EA will ban my account if I pursue my legal rights under the VISA contract?
Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so, what was the result?
(EDIT: No, I did not spend or use the second set of points.)

To those of you having the issue, have you tried buying a Recruit pack before you make larger purchases? That way you only lose 5000 credits instead of 60 000. This still needs to be fixed, but you can minimize the damage at least.
