I even started lately to completely reboot the game before purchases, now even that takes your credits and kicks you in the shin for your custom.

I just did a little test, didn't write everything down but did a preliminary failed purchase experiment.

I checked the amounts of standard equipment packs, MedGels, Rockets, Ops, and Ammo.
32,36,74,154 consecutively. After I completed a failed purchase I rebooted the game knowing full well that my credits would be gone but I went into my equipment pack to check for any changes. Even tho I received no report of what i purchased, the amounts have changed, I had 5 rockets more which leads me to believe the pack is purchased but leaves you wondering and guessing what you have received.

I will on my next purchase do a complete inventory record to confirm if during a failed purchases the only failure is with the pack display and not the actual purchase. For now I can confirm equipment is added to the inventory, whether the same is true of weapon upgrades or character cards remains to be seen.

It happened to me quite a few times but every time it happened, when I came back, I had new stuff. So I didn't lose my money but there was no way other than looking at my new stuff to know what I received. It's a pain but you still get your stuff. I got all my drell adept trainings like that. Funny how you realize someday that you can fully customize a toon without knowing it XD

Most of the time the store works just fine for me. But on three separate evenings I've had the store transaction not go through. So far, it seems to happen around midnight, give or take an hour. The most recent time this happened was last night around 1 AM Central, if this helps anyone. Unlike other times, after it happened last night, I could not get into another MP match.

I checked the medigel and items, etc. this morning and nothing had improved.

To those of you having the issue, have you tried buying a Recruit pack before you make larger purchases? That way you only lose 5000 credits instead of 60 000. This still needs to be fixed, but you can minimize the damage at least.

I bought a veteran pack which worked fine, buoyed by such a monumental success I proceeded to try for a Spectre pack which promptly failed.

Considering the store worked fine in the demo, I'm gonna go ahead and blame bioware points for its complete non-functionality. To think that this has been a problem since the game launched almost a month ago... But who has time for fixing legitimate technical issues when soo many whiny fans want the end of the story changed. $$$

Having problems right now. I'm getting the feeling it's the store itself that's the problem. I'd been playing games for a couple of hours last night and a couple of games today fine. Given the good run I decided to try buying a veteran pack. Tried to do that and failed. As soon as I failed to buy the pack I've not been able to connect to any games.

Would be nice if we got some sort of update at this stage, but I doubt we will : /

Just checked. I restarted the game after the error message and I have 5 more ops survival packs, after purchasing a Spectre Pack. I don't know what else it gave me but it leads me to believe that it is working but we just don't know what we got out of it. I feel a little better.

Lost about 600K (10+ spectre). There are no items appear in the pack later. Before every buying I restart origin and game, but it seems it's some random bug. Bioware talk about some fix, but stealing of my time  is still continue...

Sigh, at least 2x Spectre packs in the last 24 hours, but who knows how many (and Vet packs) in the past 2 or so weeks. Its so intermittent, I can't find a way to buy without losing credits. Ive tried restarting ME3, restarting Origin. Ive never bought while in a game Lobby. Seriously takes the fun out of finishing a round...

It seems I have crap luck with these, since I haven't had much trouble buying veteran packs.  After not being able to buy a pack, I couldn't get into a new game to save the lost credits.  Every time a purchase fails, My next game disconnects me after the first round.  If I'm the leader, it boots everyone else.  I had such a good group tonight too .

I didn't have this problem the first couple of weeks.  *Total speculation:* Did some people figure out a way to glitch the system and buy unlimited packs, which caused EA/Bioware to release a hasty patch that broke the system?  If that was the case, I guess people getting free stuff diminishes the chances of people spending real dollars on BioWare points, since they would be passively getting screwed.  Now, the system takes away points, and actively screws people out of their money.  Good decision, guys!
