Problem I had was that first time it happened, I rebooted and assumed it had awarded some random stuff somewhere like people say it does when it bugs out like that. The second time I even got a Gunsmith 9/10 achievement without any weapon going to nine (closest one is Carnifex VIII) though so it's fair to say that none of the 2 packs that bugged got added to my arsenal.

Wish I'd seen this thread earlier. Bought one Premium Spectre Pack, tech support said my credits would be refunded shortly, bought another, same error/phantom credit refund/no new items and the credits are gone. It's not real money, but still kinda disappointing.

BTW I get "Please Wait we are serching for outstanding Purchases" when i clicked on store again (by mistake), that results in the Puchase fail error popping back up.

I wonder if the Store broke.

Happened to me once (with a mantis). Next time I got a mantis it jumped two levels.think you'd be SOL if it had hot 10 though.

I know basic weapons can jump two levels sometimes on plain cards as well, but here's to hoping that my next Carnifex card will bump it to Carnifex X . Cheers for the post.

The store displays an error message each time I enter it.
"One or more of your purchases failed to process. If this error continues to appear, please contact customer support"

Edit : Uh, that's weird... after quitting the game and re-launching it, it seems that the content of my pack was finally delivered. You might want to try, check your weapons level before you buy your pack (maybe write it somewhere), do the same with your consumables, and with your characters' xp, and check again after re-launching ME3.

Tried playing a mission right after losing the Premium, but when I quit the game and restarted, still no luck. Is it even worth it to try buying anything at this point?

[edit] I was also hit with the "hosting player has left" just as I was purchasing a spectre pack over the weekend, but I think that may be a seperate "bug."

I can't seem to get the Victory or participatoin pack's even though I participated. They are in the store it say's their free but every time I try to get them it tell's me their been an error.

Received the 'transaction failed' error. First time I've seen that, but of course it happens with the most expensive purchase. I hope tech support can help -- I sent in a request.

After seeing what I believed was four packs failing, I decided to write down all of my weapon levels and equipment levels.

Despite consistently getting the failure to deliver message, upon exiting and reloading the game I did receive upgraded versions of weapons and some equipment as well.

While perhaps not entirely conclusive, I'm pretty sure you are indeed getting items, you just don't get to see what they are unless you're keeping a list of what you have currently.

same, just wanted to buy my first 99.000 super Spectre pack thing, and BAM error. This happens to me more often than not, and yes I check if it simply gives me items without notice on next log in, and no, nothing. No upgrades and no packs of ammo or anything. More than 10 times with spectre packs and now this super pack. This is getting ridiculous, and a huge waste of my time.

I have lost 180,000 credits attempting to buy a Specter pack on 3 different attempts.  
THIS IS GETTING SO OLD ! ! ! !

I tried buying a premium spectre pack too and it didn't acknowledge my purchase but most of my credits are gone.
I did get the message that nothing happened and that if the issue persists, contact T-support to get it fixed and when I closed the game and put it back on, the amount it cost to buy the premium spectre pack was gone.
And I didn't find any new weapons in my inventory so if sombody could do something about it, it'd be great because I really just wasted a couple of hours just to collect enough money to buy that pack.

well i had this today too i bought 2x special Specter packs (198k)
but got error then i left the game and when i came back no credits and no new items...
now i just talk with EA support via live chat and they said to me that they are hoping to solve this problem soon....
i can only hope they will give us refund :/

1x Premium Spectre Pack just 'lost'. Lost connection to servers too later on.

I can't be entirely sure if like others have seen that after re-starting ME3 I didn't actually get my packs contents. Of course I can only really be sure if I get to 'look' at the pack when I purchase it.

yeah i just had 108950 credits to purchase a special spectre pack and it failed, lost credits and cant get it now, i wish this issue would get fixed, its frustrating playing hard to get packs i really want only for the purchase to fail and it still take the credits but no pack recieved

I don't mind so much when I lose credits, but Bioware points that I spent real money on are another story.
