Possibly lost another 240 BW points. bought two premium spectre packs fine, the third one failed, tried the remove the network cable method, didn't seem to work for me, the store was still giving me an error afterwards.

My sentinel *might* have got a class card when i restarted the game, but with that class being bugged from promote it's hard to tell what i did and didn't get :(

I wish they would fix this, writing down all the class, weapon, mod and equipment levels just to verify if i got something or not is a bit much but right now it seems like the only option.

if its happening to so many people then it really does need to be fixed, its highly annoying playing all those hours to get enough credits only to have the purchase fail and the credits gone, no pack given, also yeah i tried the unplugging my cable from my router and still it did not work, this is extremely dissapointing, i hope it gets sorted soon, i dont want to lose interest in playing mp, but if its not sorted it will kill the mp feature for me :(

Just got jipped another 99k from a failed Premium Spectre Pack.

restarted the damned game before every purchase, AND have been buying recruit packs before i buy anything else as a buffer for the bug. didn't help me this time.

nerael2
lost 99k credits

I eagerly await a fix for this _extremely_ frustrating bug. Thank you.

Almost lost a premium specter pack but was finally able to test out the disconnect and it worked for me... the steps I did were:

1. Don't leave the game or the store when your pack fails.

2. unplug the internet cable from back of computer. The message that said your pack failed will turn into you lost connection to the game(still in store).

3. Reconnect.

4. Click ok on the message on the screen and it will then bring you back to the main menu where it automatically reconnects you.

5. Click on Multiplayer and once connected it will show you the pack you purchased.

Thats exactly what I did and it worked for me. Hopefully for others ^

I try two times. It not help. Credits lost and packs not buying.

Yeah, I lost 99k on a Premium Spectre Pack RIGHT AFTER I had just sucessfully bought a Recruit Pack 5 seconds earlier. I figured it wouldn't screw up if it had just worked, but alas it screws up anyway. You'd think that they'd prioritize fixing a STORE feature that represents a source of income for them (ie BW points).

Disabling and enabling my internet connection just worked for me. I would suggest contacting EA Help, but when I did that previously, I was told, "Bio-ware is aware of the problem and working on a fix."

Lost about 600K (10+ spectre). There are no items appear in the pack later. Before every buying I restart origin and game, but it seems it's some random bug. Bioware talk about some fix, but stealing of my time  is still continue...

UPD: 11+ spectre box. 5 minutes ago it disappeared again. Oh...... Bioware,  for what I pay? For this  piece of bug?

Such customer service must burn in hell......

upd:  5 minutes ago i lost elite spectre pack.

And now 11 spectre and 1 premium spectre.

for interest I calc lost credits in time. 11 Spectre packs and 1 premium  spectre  it's about 10+ hours of multiplayer (not included veteran and recruit packs because i dont remember how much disappear) . If you Bioware does not compensate me all this lost  time you'll be biggest as****les in milky way.

Lost 169000 credits over four purchases so far. EA Help is not helping.

Was not in a game, but in the lobby, but all purchases were AFTER a game.

I can only advise NOT to buy from the store until we get our stuff back and the bug is fixed.

Frankly giving up on the game in total. Waste of my lifetime.

Credits lost: 219 000 (2x60k for Spectre Packs and 99k for Premium Spectre Pack)
Bioware points lost: 0
Origin ID: Marru

Contacted EA and you know what they told me? "in our end it shows, that you're never tried to purchase any thing." Yes. 11 promoted characters, every class/race (exept salarian enginer) unlocked, dozen of guns and i NEVER tried to purchase ANYthing. Definetly =.=

It's because they are looking for real money transactions (buying bioware points). They can't see the in-game credit purchases. (This is the conclusion I've come to when dealing with them on this.)

This worked for me as well; around 5x now, I think. But lately I've had no problems with the packs; they've all opened correctly as normal.

People, if you're still having problems, follow this method. Don't hit the "ok" button, just wait until the "failed" message appears, unplug your cable, and after you're booted out to the main terminal, reconnect to the EA servers. Log back into multiplayer and it should work for you as well.

If nothing else, it's worth a try.

Ya, there was a period for about a week where I couldnt purchase any packs, but then it dissapeared for a week then came back just the other day when I was able to try the method that worked for me. From now on im doing the leaderboard trick to see if I have anymore problems just to be safe also... since the disconnect appears to not work for all.

Well, i defined several times that i was speaking about in-game cash called credits.. It didn't seem they cared for what i said at all =.= But thanks for clarifying.

I did the same before, they simply don't understand (clearly don't play ME3 themselves) or can't deviate from their checklist (in which case why do we even bother with people? an automated response would be faster and just as effective).

Lost premium spectre pack again. Second one today. Lost 2 out of 4 purchases. Makes me quite upset.
