Still no frickin word from Bioware. What terrible support especially during a weekend event.

Yeah this is poor. I wanted the N7 weapon but I can't even play. Plus losing points again and getting nothing ...to this new issue.

Lost 60k yesterday after servers went down, they came back up - only 14k in my account. Contacted EA support just for the fun of it, the guy told me they will be back in my account in a few hours. Of course, no such thing happened.

While there may not be a way to complain outright, after contacting EA Support I had an email with the title something along the lines of "Thank you for contacting EA help (Case #00000000)", within that email there was a questionnaire link, one of the questions is how helpful was the support operator (or similar), there was also a how can we improve box, assuming you have a similar email, I guess you could fill in the questionnaire. Either way, sorry to hear that.schokomax2 wrote...
i contacted support on the issue through chat after losing 60.000 credits, the guy demanded an "invoice" i should have received via email, when i told him that there was no invoice for items bought with ingame currency he kicked me out of the support channel, i wonder if theres a way to file a complaint against support staff members, cause i have the chatlogs saved..... so much for support stuff reading their games' technical forums

I hit the bug aswell. With some interesting twists:
I had 35k credits so I bought 1 veteran pack (20k), 1 recruit (5k) and attempted to buy another recruit pack. This time it failed. I tried again, failed again Still had 10k credits.
I exited multiplayer and entered multiplayer again at wich point the game said I cannot access the game without an online pass (wtf?) and then happily continued into the multiplayer.
There I accessed the store and tried to buy another recruit pack. Before it failed it gave me an achievement of weapon smith 7 (my avenger was lvl 6 so I guess this pack gave me lvl 7) but then I got the usual message of couln't process the payment. So I still had 10k creds.
I exited the game entirely and when I restarted in multiplayer I only had 5k credits, and NO lvl 7 avenger.

Lost 60000 credits today trying to buy a Spectre Pack on this error. Tried several times buying it with no success. Entered single player campaign and played for a bit - then i quit the game.
Now when i logged on again I notice that those credits are gone.

At this point it would be better if they just sold each individual weapon in the store, but stacking it would cost more but selling it not in the game itself. Start selling maps and characters too. The random thing and these booster packs are horrible and I've lost so much money in that store messing up transactions for stuff I don't even want to buy cause I'm only going after specifics.
I've noticed the downgrading too of weapons, usually the very last one I got.

it's the reapers messing up with the servers, that's what it is!
I've noticed that usually i can buy one pack just after a match and if i try to buy any more after that one i get the error and i'm forced to quit the game and lose the money when i launch it again

Just happened to me as well ... twice!
Every time i save up 60k and go for the Specter Pack, I get that annoying error message followed by the loss in credits and inability to play until i restart.

Lost another 60k credits. Can tech support help you?

Tech support is pretty much the very definition of useless. They will go through their checklist (Please provide the order number of your purchase of Bioware points; please delete IE's history, temporary internet files, and cookies, please repeat with other browser; please tell us where you purchased your copy of ME3 from) before telling you they cannot help because it's an in-game issue and that you should post here.

i lost 60k on a spec pack.. dont have many weapons or classes yet and i spent 2 hours saving that up only to find out that my money is gone. doesn't make me want to play anymore. 2 hours of grinding through bronze on a class i dont enjoy because all the ppl on silver cant make it through.
talked to a live chat last night. asked them if i would be refunded and if the transaction would be logged under a "bad" transaction. after looking into it for about 10-15 minutes i got this response:
"It should be registered as the Bad transaction"
now hopefully bioware will actually refund us...

I'm getting this issue also. My hatred of EA and Bioware (guilty by association) are growing massively.

Well i did not loose Credits, but sure as hell i lost a lot of items i was unlocking, 2 Caracters gone, my Drell Vanguard and Krogan Soldier, revenant, a lot of medi gel, Ammo Modifications and some other stuff, i never realised, i was just playing but then i was noticing items randomly disapearing my my gear and i was like "the **** i never used does items where did them go?" so i guess this is being a major problem for almost everyody since everywhere i go i see in the forum stuff very similiar to this, hope this is fixed soon and refunded some way or another because busting my ass off in gold to loose all the work on it really sucks...insteed of them giving "Victory pack" they should give "Sorry for you loss pack".
Love the game but this is just frustrating!
PS: Sorry for any typo mistake but im Portuguese. Cheers all and good game.

Just lost 160 BW Points. Chatting with Support.
Support says they can't do anything about it, from their side the purchase went through correctly. Guess some poor programmer now has to drink a lot of coffee while he fixes the netcode. I don't envy him.

I have lost at the very least 120,000 credits to this bug. Last night it was a 60k loss when I tried to buy a specter pack, purchase failed and when I logged back into Mass Effect 3 I was 60k short on credits and still no new equipment.

As a quick update:
I have for the most part been unable to purchase anything. At this time, I've tested purchasing Veteran and Spectre packs. The purchase just won't go through.
What makes this worse is that after I attempt to make the purchase, I can no longer join or create a multi-player game. If I quit the game, I loose all my credits I attempted to spend, and the store doesn't recognize my attempted purchase after I've restarted the game.
In other topics about this issue, some have suggested in order to make a purchase that we should completely quit out of the game and Origin, restart Origin, then the game, go straight to the store, make the purchase, and quit out again. Sadly, that hasn't worked either.
I've lost far too many credits and time over this bug. All I can suggest to others is to not make any purchases in the ME3 multiplayer store until Bioware fixes this. Hopefully, since this issue involves customers loosing money, they'll put a high priority on it.

Put my name down on the list for having this issue.
I've had this happen twice now only with using Bioware points. Once was last night where it gave me the standard transaction didn't go through and when I logged in this morning it did go through(it didn't say I received anything but new items were in inventory). Then just about an hour ago another transaction didn't go through, but this time when I reloaded the game and the transaction cleared I DIDN'T receive any new items in my inventory. So I guess sometimes you can retrieve it and others you cant. Unless you need to wait 8 hours for the items to appear.
I talked to Customer support on origin and they had this to say:
on the issue...
"I understand how disappointing it is. Some of the customers have reported this issue. Our developers are aware of it and are working for a resolution. We appreciate your patience while the issue is being looked into."
what to expect...
"Please wait for few days after the issue is over you will get to know about the bioware points."

This happened to me probably 9 out of 10 times today, and I'm not exaggerating. If this continues I will not be playing multiplayer any longer.
