This has happened twice today while buying premium spectre packs. Ridiculous issue.

well I don't know if it will work for everyone but what I do to fix it is buy the first pack (recruit), if I get the error message I will then do Alt+Esc then right click and close ME3...From there I will unplug the internet cord or turn off wireless, then replug it and activate ME3 once more. When I get into multi I will buy another recruit pack to see if it is fixed...This has worked for me atleast...This way you only lose 10k instead of a lot more

no but its better than spending 99k for the premium when you could have checked with the recruit pack first...if it does not work the first time then to buy such a costly pack over and over again expenting the error to leave it foolish.

 Don't know if this will do any good, i doubt they plan any refunds, but just in case, tonight i lost my third premium spectre pack purchase in 3 nights. Obviously i'm miffed, and would like my 297000 credits back.

No I meant, even if you can buy the recruit pack just fine, it's no longer 100% that it's safe to buy another pack after that.

I used to do this and it worked fine, but a couple of days ago it didn't and I lost 99k.

Yeah this keeps happening to me. Every time I purchase a pack I get the failed message to contact support if it keeps happening and it keeps happening. After that everyone on my server gets booted as if I get disconnected from the server.

I noticed when I exited my game and came back 10 minutes later I had all my stuff.  If you've been playing with the same public crew for a while you'll lose connection though.

EDITED*** NO! I did lose my credits! 99k! and no stuff:O...actually I got a geth plasma gun but nothing else, I was hoping for some equipment too

Just wanted to tell you people that EA will not refund your lost credits and BioWare points. So both your money and your credits simply disappear into nothing. I would advise to simply stop playing EA games, but like hell that's going to work...
