Tried buying 2 Premium Spectre packs within a week. Though I tried experimenting by getting BW points 800 and was able to successfully get Premium Specter packs (phew) from it. Though I don't think I'll be buying BW points for booster packs in the long run (DLCs yes, but booster packs maybe or maybe not)

The ?--I am not sure, because the transaction failed but my Mattock got Level 6. But received no Medigel or other consumables.

After one of these I went into weapons and there a new on every type of weapon but there was nothing new (not even upgrades). Weird.

This was different than the last time. Then I was able to go back to the main menu and then try again and it worked without me losing any credits.
So after this happening again I contacted Origin support. They said that it's a known issue and that we'll all be credited back. lol I pointed out that it first happened to me a couple weeks ago and I've never been credited anything back. He then said the pack would be activated in my account. Finally, he did something I thought. Unfortunately not.
I asked him if he credited it to me. He said no. So, he lied as we all know I'm not magically going to get the pack. I asked him why he lied to me and for over 15 minutes he dodged the question. At about the 20 minute mark with him still not telling me why he kept lying he disconnected. It's ridiculous that they lie. If he had just credited the pack then we would have been done quickly.
Also, I asked what if I had used real money, but he dodged the question. I have the ful chat transcript if anyones interested.

The Origin tech support can be really hit or miss. The first guy I talked to copy pasted a totally unrelated cookie cutter "shut down all non essential programs" set of instruction and then repeatedly told me to follow it (even after I told him several it was done) for half an hour. Then he just stopped talking and disappeared. But the next guy gave me a straight answer right away and also solved another unrelated tech problem that's been bugging me for ages in 5 minutes flat.BelGarion113 wrote...
