I have enough issues merely keeping a stable connection for the whole 20 mins that a rounds requires for me to get points (802.11g........ caveman tier) Why I can't get the bonus credits from the 'special' rounds deposited to me straight away?...... rrraaa.

Losing an hour or two's worth of work to an internal glitch is horrible. The MP is fun... just increasing frustrating. I hope we'll get the points returned (hoping that they keep records ^^). Esp for peeps who bought them with Bioware Points. That's surely getting into dodgy legal grounds if they don't honour those transactions, at least.

As I have said 2 pages back: EA will NOT refund anything. They refused to refund me after a MONTH of bull****ting me and telling me to "wait a couple of days". EA is the worst company in USA and a blight on videogame industry by many internet polls and surveys, how can you expect them to give a damn for customers, when they only see us as dumb cows that can be milked for money and jerked around any way they want?

I'm with you, it's a service they cant refuse to give us as soon as we paid for this service, and we spent lots of time for it.

Stealing actual currency is against the law. Credits, however, are a fictuous item and you cannot press charges for this. Bioware points are another matter. As much as I am POed about the whole thing and the credits I have lost, you simply cannot sue for loss of credits. If you could, every MMO that ever had the plug pulled would be a lawsuit. "Oh I put so much time and effort into the game! You owe me!" You see?

As much as we want to do something crazy we should just relax as best we can and have faith that they will resolve this issue AND give us our credits. 

BTW Bioware just lost an additional 99k Credits from loss of Premium Specter Pack.  

Total loss is now up to 252k

Credits lost: 198,000 (2 premium spectre packs). Possibly more as it's hard to tell if they have processed properly and I didn't think to look until I had bought a lot of packs.

I have just spoken to an EA rep and he stated that the patch due on the 10th should allow this issue to be addressed, but until it is released EA cannot alter the bioware points balance.

Don't know about guys but everytime this happens to me (and it happens often), I just quit the game, restart it, and check the multiplayer items. Sure enough, new weapons, character cards, etc will have appeared ready for use. I always get the stuff each time it happens I just didn't get to see the pack opening screen, that's all.

Purchased the 99.000 spectre pack, got nothing, lost credits.
In other occasions lost 30k.
I contacted support, they told me to refer to the retailer.......
Most fun of the multi-player is the opening of these boosters.
They really need to prioritize and fix this problem first.

Tried to buy 1 spectre pack with credits, and 2 Premium spectre packs with bioware points tried to contact Support at the time with the Bioware points and did the same with the Credits thing that happend the weekend with the commendation screw ups, from the first MP event weekend.

To sum it up:

Credits lost during first MP rewards give away for helping to take down brutes, And the premium spectre issue was during this weekend where 2 failed purchases where, and i checked if it just did not fail to show the cards like you have listed under the FAQ part of origin help tips, had no new items under my chars.

When? Last one at around 1:15 CET, other ones some time during the last week.

The weird thing is, that after the purchase of the pack fails, I can join one more game, but I will ALWAYS disconnect after the first wave. Afterwards I cannot find or join any games anymore. This happened each time after a purchase failed.

This has happened to me a couple of times, where I see something new like more medigel or something. I just guess that I got some other stuff too even thought I dont know what it is. Other times though, which I have listed. I cannot see anything new. 

Its just really messed up.

This was a while ago but I lost about 40k trying to get veteran packs when I first started playing multiplayer. Not a lot, but I don't get a lot of time TO play multiplayer, so every little bit helps.

Plus I seem to keep getting identical packs - like the same Salarian Infiltrator or Human Engineer or Turian Sentinel along with the same weapons and bonuses over and over when I buy in quick succession, which can be really frustrating when I'm trying to get characters I haven't unlocked yet.

Hell, I still haven't unlocked half the aliens, and we'll be getting a bunch more aliens patched in any minute now.

What shootist says works for me also.  At least I get my stuff but it can be kind of annoying to have to exit 8/10 times I buy a pack of somethin, especially if I'm with a fun group.  If I get the failed message and choose to continue playing without exiting, the other 3 people in my group will disappear at the end of the first wave of the next match.
