As I have said 2 pages back: EA will NOT refund anything. They refused to refund me after a MONTH of bull****ting me and telling me to "wait a couple of days". EA is the worst company in USA and a blight on videogame industry by many internet polls and surveys, how can you expect them to give a damn for customers, when they only see us as dumb cows that can be milked for money and jerked around any way they want?

And after all  that,  EA wonder that they win  "Golden Poo award"  :D:D:D

You pay real money on BioWare points.
You want to use these BioWare points.
Due to a known glitch, the BioWare points are getting deducted and you are not getting anything in return.

In my book, this is fraud.

I just came out of discussion with a nice CS Rep, that told me, even though they know about this, they can't refund me.

2000+ BioWare points gone with the wind, I assume.

I didn't get anything and I've lost 250k credits until now. I barely have time to play, but I'm lvl 70 and the only weapon I got so far is the arc pistol and even if I do find some time to play it, my earned credits are wasted with failed purchases. It is extremely frustrating.

Where do i get a refund? They basically stole me.

Yeah, I've had this issue hit me about two weeks after launch, and it's been plaguing my multiplayer since. I haven't been able to purchase anything through the store, and if I do, it's only after closing the ME3 client after a failed purchase, reopening it, and going through all of my characters, weapons, and mods to see if anything upgraded. It's a right pain in the ass, really.

I lost 340 when all my kits became locked due to the notorious 'shopping while ready' bug, even though at the time I wasn't shopping, and I recently lost 160 when a purchase failed.

In my case, purchase failed but did not lose any credit. But after restarting the game and I purchased Spectre Pack and it cost me 120000 instead of 60000

This happened a long time ago to me when I was mostly buying Veteran packs, it was only two failures and I didn't care since they were just one silver match a pack, but now it happened to a Spectre pack after the Resurgence update, kinda' stings more.
