Oddly enough, it works fine for me at home when I went on spring break, but now that I'm back at my dorm, it gives me the error and takes away my credits.

Hmm, EA told me to wait for 15 minutes. Did a Bronze Solo, which took me 30 minutes. Still no Bioware points...contacting them again -.-

EDIT:

EA  told me, that they are aware of the issue and work on it etc pp. Seems like we have to wait and see, that Bioware does something on their end...maybe sending an E-Mail to Bioware?

EDIT 2:

Meh...I think I  won't buy any Bioware  Points for now until this Issue is fixed. Sure, it's a bug, but you loose up to 160 points and wont get them back. That's like 1 - 2 Euro lost, in my case.

Jusy happened to me, lost my Bioware Points on a premium spectre pack. Not the first time I've lost credits, but lost bioware points this time. This is compleyely unacceptable.
OriginID: TehTankX,

Bioware Points Lost: 240
Credits: 0
Credits lost in previous incidents: 250,000+

This needs to be fixed soon, enough of these go wrong with real money involved and a complaint to the FTC will be the least of EA/Bioware's problems,

Called EA about it
#877-565-9467,
Waited 27:35 on hold...only to be told expect it to take around 5 days to see any resolution on the issue.

Running total: 318,000 credits

I got a little excited about the new DLC and update, but my first 99,000 credits went down the drain. I even played through a Bronze game after the bug and still lost them.

Hello,

Recently I have been having some issues with online aspects of ME3. Since playing on-line, the store has failed on me a few times, most spectacularly today twice when trying to purchase Spectre Veteran packs. The issue has occurred a number of times, and I would estimate that I am out between 320, 000 and 450, 000 credits as a result.

The other issue is characters I previously spent a Reset Powers card on before Promoting that class not having their abilities reset properly; instead, they all have a negative skill point total, all abilities filled in, and cannot use any abilities in-game. From memory, this has effected at least one character per class, sometimes multiple as is the case with my Vanguards.

Finding this somewhat frustrating, I attempted to follow the in-game instructions and contacted Bioware Game Support for assistance; the link here takes you to EA tech support where unfortunately, all the service advisor was able to do was pass the information on and suggested I post here, and/or try restarting, disable my anti-virus software and firewall. The report number for the case is 03629899.

Thanks in advance.

So much for advanced spectre packs. It's giving me an error saying it's not showing up, and not allowing me to purchase another.

This is freaking annoying. Its happened to me twice now and I've lost a total of 440 Bioware points. I tried to see if maybe there was something "new" in my belongings but nothing. :/  When is this going to be fixed and when am I going to get my Bioware points back?

*Edit* oops didnt realize what people were doing.

2 Premium Spectre Packs did not go through (on seperate occasions) restarted the game and points were lost.

3rd occasion where this has happened to me, think my total is like 125k now. Very annoying, especially when it happens on premium spectre packs

Strange, the problem seems to have fixed itself for me. As always, I test the connection with a Recruit Pack first, to see if my purchases can get through - my past handful of attempts over separate days seem to have gone through without fail.

Attempted buying the premium specter pack, four times it failed and reset the store, I backed out to main, and same thing when I went back to Multiplayer store. Quit ME3 and reloaded, credits gone.

LOL talking to EA support for 10th time. Lets see if they try to BS me again. Note: glitch is still active.
I just lost another 99k, so that makes 399k.
Total BS.

UPDATE:
Obviously not, they refused to refund and disconnected themselves again. So its 399k credits and 160BW points, and EA refused to refund.
But what can you expect from them? EA is by many surveys the worst company in USA. But I think it's wrong. EA might just be the worst legal company in the world. Not just USA.

Tried to purchase the Premium Spectre Pack like 10 minutes ago.  Gave the failure to make the purchase error.  I exited the game and came back and credits gone.  Talked to a customer service rep, who pointed me towards the forums.
