Use the solution with disconnect your modem when the error window pops up. DONT CLICK OK, disconnect your modem, you will be disconnected from Multiplayer, click ok , connect your modem back, choose Multiplayer in Main Menu and you will gain your pack.

-My problem started when i finished a Silver Match on Geth (easier ^^) when i got to the Match Lobby, i went to exit to buy a Spectre Pack. But after i exit, my 30000 was gone. And so is my EXP. I was LV.15 in the Lobby, in the Multiplayer Lobby, i got back to my original level, LV.13. -

-My 70,000 Credits were just the same thing, the only difference is, it is a Gold Match with Geth (i think)-

FIX THIS, NOW. AND GIVE BACK OUR CREDITS AND POINTS! DO NOT MAKE US NOT PLAY THIS GAME. 
Oh, and our Commendation Packs, .

I sent a mail to customer support and they replied they cannot restore lost items, credits or bioware points at this time but bioware is working on it, and thanked me for my patience.
I respectfully replied the issue will remain open until i am refunded the bioware points or given a premium spectre pack. The ingame credits aren't that big of a deal for me.

FIX IT!!! I want my credits back!!!! After the Multiplayer DLC it seems that the game is full of lag, stores don't work.

Still happening...since day one of accessing the multiplayer on release day.

An update would be greatly appreciated. I realize you folks are quite busy with a multitude of things, but a "Hey, it's being addressed" would be great.

Been having this issue since day one, can't count the number of credits lost.

More recently I've lost two 99k packs which is pretty frustrating

lol just alt-tabbed back into mass effect 3 and somehow was in a match . and i only had to do that last what 3 waves of the match.. apparantly somehow i was in the match.. when the game was till saying looking for game.. umm what the ****
