Hell will freeze over the day customer support will actually do anything more than sending out a canned response that tells you that they can't do anything about it.

Alright, after talking to technical support:
There are no logs of the multiplayer purchases that do not use Bioware Points. Not even when the store operates normally. It seems like there is no way to get this problem addressed.

Just happened, AGAIN. Played a bunch of missions to have enough to buy a Spectre pack, purchased said pack, it failed and now I have lost the credits and didn't get the pack. Pretty annoying after I spent real money earlier today to buy BW points!!! Fix it please!

Happened to me yesterday to two premium spectre packs. I contacted EA but as always they were useless and ended up referring me to BW. Since this happened yesterday I'm not entirely sure of the time so I'll guesstimate.

They should really close the store or even just turn of the servers for a bit until this issue is resolved as so people will stop losing bioware points and or there hard earned credits.
