"Bugs" encounted,
1) Flying up in the air unable to do much whilst the terrain glitches. Vanguard esp. but had it occur on a engineer and soldier too, normally when you preforming a charge, being rezzed, or jumping over terrain.
2) Powers not doing anything, but gunfire does, and no, its not them dodging it. (can't rule out lag for this)
3) Unable to fire powers or weapons, or use consumables; was able to melee.
4) Characters deleveled, but kept spent "talent" points, usually in combination with the money removal bug.
5) Store bugs....
6) Disconnecting purpetually the time between round 10 ending and 11 beginning, too common to be sheer unluckness, imo.

What about people that weren't aware of this issue? Why should anyone have to suck it up? It's BioWare's job to rectify this issue. People are losing real money and EA's unwilling to refund them.
For those of you that wasted money on their broken microtransaction crap, i suggest that you guys submit your stories to a site like Rock, Paper, Shotgun and file a complaint with the FTC.

You got refunded how? Can you please PM me proof of this I can show to an EA support rep as I've contacted them twice regarding lost points and both times I was told they weren't able to give refunds as it's not an Origin issue but a Bioware one.

If you used your credit or debit card you have 60 days to contact your bank about contesting the charge. If you've made reasonable effort to resolve the issue with the vendor with no results and you have not received a refund or the the product was not as advertised or did not work and was not replaced then Mastercard/Visa/Whatever will look into it and attempt to recover your money.

I stopped buying while having played and I now buy I only while just having started the game (so straight to the Store after starting it). So far this has been succesful although I'd like to get those 160k back that I lost in the process of figuring that 'fix' out.

And if you do that, it's possible EA may lock your Origin account, meaning you lose access to all your games. You know how some of us got our accounts reset and lost all our weapons/characters/items, right? There's a 52-page sticky thread on that, in the multiplayer section. In that thread, a number of players have reported that they got their credit card companies to contest the charges. This worked, and they got their money back...Tarrachal wrote...

...but then, in response, their Origin accounts got suspended. At least that's what they said happened to them. They could be lying, but do you want to take the chance?

This isn't true all of the time. I've lost a couple veteran packs and have gotten nothing. I take screenshots per purchase nowadays and saw no change in inventory when the error occurs.Hymmnos wrote...
If you buy with credits, when you come back the items are bought. You just didn't get to see what you've unlocked. Have fun searching.
