Tried to purchase 3x over the weekend but kept getting an error. However, after each error I would be refunded my credits. I thought no big deal, I'll just buy it later.
Now my money is gone. Please refund.

Contacted EA 3 times and each time they have done nothing than tell me to wait, still no refunds, also im missing my Packs from Operation Raptor (did the promotions) and i havent gotten Resurgance packs either (downloaded the resurgance the day it was available and i played almost whole weekend)
Please sort this out Bioware, so the love for the multiplayer wont dissapear

Rate of Occurrence: 9/10 times when buying any pack with a rare in it.
This problem is getting more than annoying. It's making me not want to play the game at all. BioWare and EA need to do something about this ASAP, or risk losing their fanbase entirely. Truth be told, I blame EA for this issue, not BioWare, but as long as BioWare continues to let EA ruin their good name, they're in for a lot of lost revenue/fans.

Granted, I "only" lost 60k, but it's still freakin' annoying. Takes awhile to collect when you're playing on bronze in order to level up lowbies

Hey that was cool. I just lost 99K on a resurgence pack. I see it was totally worth it to play 2 golds in a row for over an hour just to throw most of it away.
This kind of crap has happened to me more than once. Big time fail here, BioWare.

Wow. I had no idea there were this many people having this problem. I thought it was just me. I've just spent a couple minutes in this forum, and it's unbelievable how many people have reported how much they've lost. All we get is this from BioWare's Bryan Johnson (and this was 27 days ago):
"Hello all,
We are investigating this issue."
OK. That's really awesome that you are working on it. However, that was 27 days ago. Well? Any progress? If I told my manager that a piece of my code (yes, I code) was causing major problems for our customer, and told him I'd work on it, he'd say great. Now, imagine I gave him zero status updates for 27 days, all the while more and more customer complaints flowed in. What do you think would happen to me?
Wake up BioWare, and stop taking a dump on your customers. This really wouldn't ****** me off so much if it were just me. But look at the FORTY-TWO PAGES on this thread and more on other threads as well.

This has only been the case about 50% of the time for me. I DO lose credits, and I do not gain the items. I know when I do gain them because the categories are marked with a flashing "New". That is not always the case.
In fact, one would think that BioWare is logging our stats (as any server administrator would with common sense), so they could easily tell that we are winning matches, gaining credits, spending them, and no additional items are showing up in our account. It should be quite easy for them to tell. However, they will not say that because the time and effort it would take to remediate everyone's missing items would not be cost-effective to them.

"New" markings for weapon category appears only if you unlock new weapon (from bugged packs). Weapon upgrade for unlocked weapons comes silently. You can have silent XP gain for any of your existing class to. If you got items from bugged pack (ammo, weapon damage or armor upgrade) - there are no any "New" marks as well.
As I said before - no any visual feedback. And you need to restart ME3.
