The Resurgence pack reads, and I quote: "...with at least 1 of the new Resurgence Rares."

I do not have a Resurgence rare after buying the Resurgence pack. I am missing 99K. I'm not sure how else to make it clearer.

I love playing ME3 Multiplayer.  I actually expected it to completely suck.  BioWare blew me away with how awesome it is.  However, I have MUCH less incentive to continue in it if I know my credits are simply playing roulette instead of actually having buying power.  Also, having other players telling me it's not actually happening to me is pretty damn annoying, too.

Yeah I agree with you. It's really ridiculous that this issue has not been fixed. Go to page 1 of this thread, and look at the date it is from, it's been such a long time, not even just weeks now. A month!

I know if this happened in other companies, the person in charge would have been fired by now. What kind of quality of service is this? Because of this I lost all motivation to even touch the game at all, and I'm not even half done with the single player.

I experience this error 95% of the time...
If the store actually works for one package, it will work for every package until I exit the store.
However, if I get the error for one package, I can't buy anything from the store and when I exit the leaderboards don't work anymore. Sometimes I can't connect to games afterwards, and get a "network error occured" prompt if I try to host a game. This only happens after I receive a store error.

The last time I redeemed a free bonus package from a weekend event, it error'd and I was not able to figure out if I received anything. (I keep track of every upgrade on a chart due to the store errors) I don't want to redeem my victory pack unless the store is working, but I've tried over 20 times now and I still get errors on recruit packs.

I calculated 1.1 million credits on the first page alone. Then about 500k credits on a page somewhere in the middle, averaged the two, multiplied by 43 pages and rounded down.

This has upped in frequency as of late. It has become a rarity that I can get my purchases go through these days, I even got the error when trying to get my free victory pack. I haven't restarted since so I probably lost that pack I reckon. Ridiculous.

i noticed that when i purchase with bioware points (used 1200 to buy 5 packs consecutively), i NEVER get any failed transactions.

failure only happens when i use the game credits.... conspiracy?

i just wanna put my bid in on experiencing this problem as well.

currently i have lost one premium spectre pack (that i purchased with bioware points), one resurgence package, and one veteran package - both purchased with credits.

my problem is maybe not as extreme as everyone else, but all the same, this seems to be a regularly occuring issue throughout the community.

quit honestly, i dont care much about the veteran pack, but i would like to have the other two, since one of them i purchased out of pocket with my own money, and the other i spent all night saving up for.

it really sucks when you spend the whole night saving up your credits to buy a package, and as soon as you have enough credits, you buy the package, get the error, receieve no items, and also have no more credits.

No it happens with BW points too. The workaround does not work either when you buy packs with BW points :-(

i have bought few min ago a Resurgence pack. The error popped up , something about wrong transaction and try again later so i restarted the game. After restart there is no credits , and i checked a inventory just in case and there is no new items and other stuff. This really pissed me off.

I just attempted to buy bioware points and It said my payment was blocked but my bank account was still charged. I am only out 12 dollars but it is still frustrating,
Money Lost: 11.87
Bioware points lost: 0 but payed for 1 pack of 800 and got charged one charge of 10.87 and another of 1

Was buying Resurgence Packs, and I got the "One or more of your purchases failed to process. If this error continues to appear, please contact customer support." message twice. Lost 480 (2 x 240) Bioware points with no items given. =(

I think most people don't realise you still get your pack when you relog but you have to go "search" for your items (if your lucky you see a "new" once you relog). Mostly it will be an upgrade for a weapon or character you have already so you have to scroll through all of them to see what you got.

But still there is no reason why this silly problem that has been around for about 2 MONTHS shouldn't be fixed. I haven't been able to get a purchase through the normal way for this entire week.

Yeah, no, Ive scroll and scroll and got nothing each time. It should have been fixed in the updates they have been doing.
