Also, I've been noticing lately when I start a new game after a failed purchase without restarting, I completely disconnect from games/store/leaderboards after wave 1 finnishes, eventhough it says I'm still connected.
WARNING: Failed pack purchases can cause loss of credits and/or Bioware points (Updated: 5/4)

Lost 480 points on 2 spec op packs. Got the error, didn't realise it had deducted the points and tried to buy again only to get the error again. Now 480 points lighter and in a nutshell, from all the emails and conversations I have had with EA, they couldn't care less.

I got this bug many times when purchasing resurgence pack items. After it says connection couldnt be established i just restarted the game and origin and when retruning to game i had the items i 'got' but they just werent highlighted with NEW. And so far this bug occured many times and restarting everything worked fine with me, just searching for the items i won was a bit annoying cuz some were apperiance changes for characters.

when are they going to fix this?
I've lost 193k credits and 320 Bioware points. Seriously, every time I talk to them, they just say "their engineers are looking for a solution." or something. It's been a month and a half, how long do they need? That's hours of gameplay time and the equivalent of real money they are literally holding from me. They should be adding the points back onto my account, not holding it so I can't even use it. It's freaking retarded. We should get some kind of interest or some compensation when they do fix it, like a free pack or something, because this is ridiculous.

So far I've only lost 99k credits today; sure makes me wish I'd been keeping up with running totals from all the purchases that have "failed." I'm sure it's in the neighborhood of 500k credits total.
EA/Bioware: do you really think so many people would pretend to get this upset in order to obtain credits illegitimately? Even worse, it doesn't seem like people who spent hard cash are getting their money back either. Are those poor people going to have to send in copies of their bank statements, or have you folks not figured out how to read your own online transaction certificates?
You guys operate several channels by which you can validate all the credits/Bioware points that are being spent here - or if you can't, then you need to be looking for new engineers. I'd be willing to bet that if you really haven't figured this stuff out, you could admit it to the community and some us would be able to teach you.

I haven't even kept track of the credits I lost since I 'assumed" I got everything after restarting. But even if I only lost half the packs it would probably still add up to over 1 million credits since I've had this problem for atleast 6 weeks. When I made a ticked about it 6 weeks ago, they didn't even bother reading it and gave me a reply to a different problem. (wich is also not fixed yet)

Friend and I keep getting this bug from time to time; it really kills the will to play if all our credits we earn are gonna glitch out and go bye bye.
This bug has been around for far too long

Really Bioware? Shouldn't this be a priority? One that gets fixed in _under_ a month after release? I'm pretty sure I lost some stuff near the begging, although I think the only things I didn't get again later on replacing it was an Asari Adept and some weapon mod, I don't remember which. You really should be replacing the things we lost and preventing people from losing more stuff.

Lost 99k last night. Also all packs I have purchased in the past 2 days (and about 75% total since the start) say "One or more of your purchases blah blah blah." FIX THIS. I'm sick of seeing this stupid message.

Tried to buy the Resurgence Pack from the Store but got an error message. My Bioware Points were deducted but I do not see anything new.
As of right now, I am afraid to purchase anything from the Store. Not even with my hard earned Credits.

You guys are not going to get refunds on "in-game credits". Complain to EA Help about the lost Bioware points though.
