Just now I lost 99000 on a Resurgence pack. No pack, no refund, no fun.

Downloaded two packs and they never showed up. Charged the BW points but did not deliver. Contacted EA and they don't even give a crap and sent me here.

I don't recall exactly how many times it happened to me, but I thought at first that the pack was bought but that it wasn't showed what I recieved (as it's hard to keep track of what you have).
Really terrible bug if you ask me, 20000 is about 1h30 of game play.

 didn't keep track of credits/points lost at first because i figured this would be an EASY FIX that wouldnt take any time at all. now i see over 60 pages of people complaining about the same thing with no promise of a resolution any time soon. so as it stands i've lost 

around 560 bioware points, and over 160,000 credits. just testing to see if i could still buy equipment from the goddamn store since thats THE WHOLE POINT OF THE GAME. 

last bioware or ea product i'll ever buy. i just want a refund for this **** ASS GAME.

this is hours of game play at least 8 to 10, and around 10$ US worth of money your company has taken from me and promised no refund. class action lawsuit anyone? HEY BIOWARE THIS IS FRAUD!!!!

i hate this, ive lost 99k on multiple resurgence packs, mainly because i came up with a similar solution of logging out (quit game) and logging back in to multiplayer, and sometimes it would work to where i would have a bunch of things marked NEW.... and sometimes it won't

ive also lost quite a bit of equipment and xp due to it "losing" my connection on wave 11 (sometimes 10).... very frustrating bioware... however it IS the first multiplayer mass effect game and thats pretty awesome, so i will cut you guys some slack

dude i have had the same problem, and as a loyal fan of the mass effect series i just have to say CALM THE **** DOWN, they have promised a refund to everyone who posts the proper info, and have records of all of your failed purchases, i would assume they are just waiting to refund your points and creds until they fix the bug so you dont make the same mistake again :innocent:

i've just finished gold match without getting disconnected, first time this week. So i tried to buy 99k Resurgence pack, purchase failed, and now i can't do anything: neither host game, nor join, nor buy any packs. What should i do to not loose my finally earned credits? I haven't restared the game yet

Not at this time, as far as I know. Some people are having trouble getting them to even restore Bioware points, which represent real money. Near as my tech support experiences have shown me, they won't restore credits.

They will not restore anything for you until this issue is fixed. And they are not even trying to fix it and never will, considering how old and common and awful it is. So you will never get your money back, and your gaming hours too. They want that issue in cuz it makes people spend more.

^ Pretty much this, just look at the last responce Bioware gave about this issue, it dates over a month ago.

Hope no one is expecting any decent patch support cause it's clear that the support has ended, we might get 1-2 small patches that fix crash/connections issues and that's about it.

I had some left over Bioware points and purchased this pack in addition to two Spectre packs. I had tried to purchase the Resurgence Pack first and the purchase failed. I closed ME3 and started the game again, entered multiplayer and I didn't receive my points back, best I can tell I didn't get the pack either. The following two Spectre packs purchased fine however.

Can I have my credits back please?

When the game first came out I was able to play multiplayer with very few interrupts just fine.  As times gone as I'm getting more disconnects, especially when selecting characters or anytime not in a lobby.  I like the new races but in the last week I've lost at least 150k worth of credits through getting disconnected when validating purchases.

EA support just contacted me and asked me how they can help me with my problem. The same problem I have told them about on 9 separate occasions now. Their support is not fit for purpose.

So far i have bought 26 Resurgence Pack of a total of 2,574,000 credits.
And ive managed to open up 6 Packs with no problem, 20 packs have gone to the infamous "one or more purchases have failed..."

I have stopped buying packs overall, because it doesent seem to be a coinsidence that so many in the ME3 comunity has the same problem, and i have browsed trough these forums since basically the start of ME3, and there hasnt been a single response from the Bioware team about what it might be or that they are working on a solution.

The shop problem has existed since before the resurgence DLC, and some bugs go back even during the Beta phase, but instead of giving some sort of announcement or a statement about what is being done about this problem so many are having, they went with a "smart" strategy and released a "free DLC, at no extra charges" promo to move the focus of the problem elsewere.

Obviously it worked for a few weeks, but as what happens always when the dirt is swept under the carpet, is it will eventually come back out.

So there is not much me or anyone can do about this until Bioware developement team decides to make this problem official, and perhaps a patch for it.

Until then, you can either stop buying the Resurgence Pack all together, or stop using the shop at all, or ultimately stop playing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer.
The last one being a bit dramatic, but its better to leave the source of frustration, and move on to something better. :)

ps. for the heck of it, i contacted bioware support about this problem, just for fun, and i got in touch with Raji from India, and he had no idea what kind of problem i was talking about and asked me to get in touch with Bioware support. After that he disconnected me from the live chat.
I have to say, the bioware customer support in India needs some work. :)

cant say it much better than this guy. they clearly don't give a **** about support when the last post from them was a month ago. contacting them is just an endless cycle of randomly generated apologies.

lost 160 (so real money)  bioware points on spectre pack same message everyone got one of your purchases failed to etc etc.... so Looking through this thread seems like I am just going to get bumped for my money it would seem as no one from ea/bioware/origin has posted.
