And I just got hit by this again. Awesome. Still no 198000 reimbursement on the last two lost packs from weeks ago, and now I'm out another 60000.

 Ive lost bioware points and credits over this,.. its a joke.... i mean some argue its immoral making held back content for games prior to release then charging people for it,.. 

my i.d is MooDSwinG_Rob my e:mail is Dylemadnb@hotmail.co.uk ( attached to origin account ) i would like bioware or whoever to fix this, as there is a large case of theft being built here... because that is what it is ! .... 

Fix it ...fast. 

EDIT: i would also like to add that EA/Origin have breached there contract on every account of which this applies, which is VAST .... also if they wish to say that its people hacking then they are obligated by the data protection act 1998 to make sure our data is safe as a tradeing company in the U.K .... our credits and especially our moeny is included in this ACT.... 

Come on EA what have you got to say to that ?.... i know about this because i have just done an assignment on it for my degree.

This hadn't happened to me in some time, but I purchased some Bioware points today and got hit with it again while trying to use them. So far I've lost I believe 3 Spectre packs worth of Bioware points on it, which would be 360 Bioware points.

No. That doesn't work either. After losing 2 Spectre packs (120,000) earlier in the week. I rebooted, started Origin, then ME 3 and went to the store. Buy Spectre Pack -> error message on purchase -> Disconnected from EA server. Restart ME 3, missing 60,000 credits. Contact EA chat support - says wait 24 to 48 hours. That was 2 days ago. Contact EA chat support just now:

Kamal: I apologize but due to some technical fault our tool is down.
Kamal: So please contact us again after some time .
Kamal: As we are not able to fetch the information from your account.
Kamal: I really apologize for the inconvenience.
Kamal: Thank you for contacting EA. Is there anything else I can help you with today?

you: I guess not

I wish they'd just fix it already. It's been almost two months! So far I've lost 252k credits and 320 Bioware points (which I realize is a lot less than some people). I just want my freaking money back for this crap. They are literally holding our money (without our permission). We should get some bonus pack when it gets returned or something for the trouble.

I'm a casual player, so I don't have a lot of time to make these credits. f*ck me, bioware, fix this crap.

I was just playing ME3 multiplayer. I went to make a purchase of a specter pack, 60000 credits, and it would not accept it. kept telling me there was a server error or something and to try later. After trying about 5 times and getting the same result, i logged out of the game and then back in to find my credits were gone and I had not been given any equipment. That is a lot of credits and about 1.5 hours of my time wasted!

Just thought I'd tack myself on here, since I've now lost what I consider an abundance of credits on this.

So far, 5 spectre packs, and two Premium Spectre Packs, all bought in credits; totaling 498,000.

At almost half a million credits, I'd like to see something done about this.

PS. Don't know if this is affecting everyone else the same way, but everytime I have a transaction that doesn't go through, the next match I play makes me lose connection to the server after wave 1.  The OP didn't say anything about this, so I'm including it in my post, as I'm very disinclined to read through 48 pages of angry people.  So it kicks me out of the match, and then when/if I try to enter another one without exiting my game, it just WON'T connect to anything.  Does not display the cycling 'communicating' icon, and doesn't let me create or enter a game after it kicks me out until I exit and restart the game.

For you to get your pack on pc you have to turn off your fire wall, than origin will send a request to access your computer once you allow origins to access you will get your packs than turn your fire wall back on that is what worked for me

Didn't work and I don't like turning off my firewall... and I can't say anything bad about Origins for the fact I could get ban so I will say this Worst idea ever letting them poke around in our computers... I hate it but gotta do it if I wanna play ME3 on PC =( 
I support Bioware not EA but inorder to support Bio I have to support EA.. o well still I ddin't get my lost creds or a pack o well bio plz give us an answer on when we could expect a patch or something to aleavate this problem cuz its bad!

Been saving up, so far it's 1287000 credits.
I found out if I dc my internet instantly after i get the error msg, then reconnect i get my pack when i come back into the game.

I don't think it has anything to do with the firewall.  Why do I say this, because I have never had a problem with buying packs from the store until after the Resurgence patch.  Even then, at times I am still able to buy packs without problems.

I notice that transactions tend to go awry after prolong gaming session.  Example:  I play a single Silver Match, get my credits and bought a pack.  No problem.  45mins - 1hr ++ later after several sessions.  When I try to buy packs this time, the transaction does not go through.

Also after playing SP campaign for more than an hour and when I exit to the main menu.  I have somehow lost connection with Bioware Server.  If anything I suspect it is EA BW 'servers and not so much a client issue.

It has nothing to do with a firewall nor with our clients.  My firewall is turned completely off, and every single other person I know who plays has had this problem at least once.  Relaunching ME3 usually works for me temporarily, but it has been happening alot more, and right after launch for me during this whole multiplayer being down fiasco.

I'm up to nearly 3m credits and 160 bw points lost on this bug.

Can someone confirm they are actually doing something about this? I have happen whenever I buy a pack now. I believe a purchase actually goes through(new stuff appears and no error purchase message appears) maybe 1/20 times.

This stopped happening to me for about two weeks and it just happened again. Might it have something to do with the premium spectre packs? Most of the times it happened last time was when I tried purchasing those. I only use in-game credits but it's very annoying when trying to farm some weapon unlocks. Over 400k down the tubes for me (not to mention my missing commendation pack).
