I'm on a Belkin. It's amazing for most net activities, don't have a single problem with it otherwise. Just. This. Game. Like a lot of people are reporting. In related news, I'm looking forward to D3...Cazlee wrote...

PS.
Don't know if this is affecting everyone else the same way, but
everytime I have a transaction that doesn't go through, the next match I
play makes me lose connection to the server after wave 1. The OP
didn't say anything about this, so I'm including it in my post, as I'm
very disinclined to read through 48 pages of angry people. So it kicks
me out of the match, and then when/if I try to enter another one without
exiting my game, it just WON'T connect to anything. Does not display
the cycling 'communicating' icon, and doesn't let me create or enter a
game after it kicks me out until I exit and restart the game.
If
you get two failed purchases do you notice that your leaderboards stop
working? You can't connect to any game at all, and get "a network error
has occured" error message if you try to host?
Turns out the game can outsmart me even worse.... Bought a recruit pack and it went through, bought a premium spectre immediately after it, failed.Zeure wrote...

Just thought I'd tack myself on here, since I've now lost what I consider an abundance of credits on this.
So far, 5 spectre packs, and two Premium Spectre Packs, all bought in credits; totaling 498,000.
At almost half a million credits, I'd like to see something done about this.

There are a lot of people complaining about this and it's a perfectly legitimate complaint, it's not even whining, Bioware really needs to step up and make ammends for a terrible and frustrating service. How do they expect us to trust them with our real currency to buy these packs if half the transactions fail or seem dodgy is beyond me.
Fix it. And for the love of self decency, give people FEEDBACK. I fail to understand the point of these forums if the only ones discussing issues is the populace while the 'masters' of the universe keep quiet for over a month. Even Blizzard support in this aspect if far better. Get your act together and react to what your - nearly lost - fans are saying right in your doorstep.
On the other hand, Diablo III is hitting the streets tonight, and I'll be crazy to come back to such an unappreciative place like these forums or ME3 multiplayer mode.
See you in a year+ when the devs get their sh!t together.

Contacted EA help. They told me they had no data available about my lost money. They said I'd get my money back in 24-48 hours. I didn't. That was 3 days ago.
My case number is 03989833. It says case closed. No credits back.

2 Premium Spectre packs, 2 Spectre packs, a couple of Veteran packs, and multiple recruit packs (to test if the store was working).
All told, appx. 380-400k credits lost.
Also, the last couple of days, I've tried the workaround where I quit the game after playing, and restart before heading to the store. I've lost both Premium spectre packs because the store didn't accept my purchase, and something different happened. After the failed purchase, there's that pause, and the credits seem to be refunded? In this case, there was a pause and I lost connection to EA's servers, and got kicked to the main menu. This is new behavior from the game and it's worrying me that the store is completely borked. Anyone else having this issue?

It's a clear cut example of a company not really caring about or listening to it's customers and unfortunately it's happening more and more lately.

Lost around 200k as far as I remember, recently atleast , I am not counting everything I lost when the store was first launched-.-
Have had this issue several times, contacting EA did nothing for me.
It is quite annoying.

EA help said I'd get my credits reinstated in 48 hours. It didn't happen. They closed my case.
Today I lost 99.000 credits more and EA help has locked me out from live chat help. 200.000 credits lost in 2 days

Tried this for the first time and it worked! Got an M-77 Paladin too. Thanks!Wynne wrote...
Well, that's another 93k gone. Spectre & JEP. Please take note: The CTRL+ALT+Delete method didn't work, but the method someone mentioned about remaining in-game, killing your connection and then re-connecting it? It did work.Tested twice. Worked both times. My pack was waiting for me when I clicked on Multiplayer and automatically opened, displaying my items as normal.
- 1. Don't leave the game or the store when your pack fails.
- 2. Alt-Tab and disconnect from the internet, or just unplug the cable. You will be booted back to the main menu after being told that you need to be connected.
- 3. Reconnect.
- 4. Click on the connect to EA servers button in the ME3 main menu.
- 5. Click on Multiplayer again.

Will have to try that. I had taken to "testing" the store with recruit purchases and if good, then I buy the packs I want. I lose between 10K and 20K per day on days when I play. I tracked a late week in April and after losing 400K decided to use the test method. Since then I've probably lost another 400K. This system is simply put - broken, ridiculous, frustrating and it appears made worse with poor customer service. I mean really, why should I contact them when they could care less about these imaginary credits. No bioware points EVER for this game. Screwed up store.

I was just playing ME3 multiplayer. I went to make a purchase of a specter pack, 60000 credits, and it would not accept it. kept telling me there was a server error or something and to try later. After trying about 5 times and getting the same result, i logged out of the game and then back in to find my credits were gone and I had not been given any equipment. That is a lot of credits and about 1.5 hours of my time wasted!

Well lets chock the new total up to 159,000 credits lost after this last failed premium specter pack purchase. This is inexcusable Bioware and EA!

I seem to get the store problem in these cases :
1) When i buy 2 packs (sometimes 3) in a row...
2) When i buy a pack; then head to upgrade a character since i got a character card then head back to the store to buy another one.
3) When i uprade a character after a successfull mission then head to the store to buy a pack.
These are the ones that i remember so far.
But when i check my character inventory, i really got the pack, i just didn't see what exactly.
If you happen to get the same problem as me, you should write what you have before buying a pack and see if anything got some more. But you'll see them only after restarting the game.
Another tip, if you get one pack that doesn't work, don't buy anothe one, juste quit and restart the game. I know it works for me.
