- 2 Premium Spectre Packs
- 480 Bioware Points

Update: Disregard, restarted the game, and the items all came at once when I clicked multiplayer.

Still no commendation pack from the challenge weekend over two weeks ago despite being reassured several times by EA help that it had been resolved.

EA - look up "help" in a dictionary please.

I have been dealing with this issue for weeks now, here are some e-mails i have received on this matter.

Thank you for contacting EA Customer Support regarding Mass Effect 3.

I
am sorry to hear that you're having issues with your game, and I can
understand your impatience in getting this issue resolved. I'd be pretty
annoyed as well if it was my money that had been spent on a product I
didn't get.

I have checked your previous cases, and the issue is
still being looked at by our experts. No email has been sent yet so you
haven't missed anything. Please allow some time as they may have to
contact Bioware to get to the bottom of this.

We apologise for any inconveniences caused.

Sincerely, Katrine
Customer Support
Electronic Arts Inc.

Greetings,
I apologize for the delay in our response to
your issue with Mass Effect 3. We're sorry to have kept you waiting for
so long for a reply.

I've reviewed your case and while we are
able to see where you purchased the packs it would appear that some of
the packs you did not get are showing in our system as granted to your
account. Bioware is aware of this issue and are working on a solution to
effect all players at once. At this time we do not have a work-around
for the problem. we are gathering data on the issue to assist Bioware.
If you could let us know how many packs you're missing and of which type
and which packs you did get we'll add this to our data.

Again I am very sorry that you had to wait so long for a reply and we hope to serve you better in the future.

Thanks,Dave

replyed with my missing amounts to them

Hi David,

Thank you for the information, we will add this to our
data to present to Bioware so they can continue working towards a fix
for this issue. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the fix for
the problem implemented soon.

Thanks,

Dave

a few days later and i get this e-mail

Dear -----,

You recently asked for assistance on a case, but we haven't heard from you in a while.
If you still need our help, please login and review the details of case ------------.
We want you to get the most out of your EA
games, so don't hesitate to contact us. If you decide not to respond,
your case will automatically close in four days.

Thank you for contacting EA!

Sincerely,

EA Customer Experience

Lost 240 BWPoints because of EA server disconnect during purchase..
Has happened more than once, but then I've only lost credits and that doesn't bother me as much..

After several weeks of unsuccessfully trying to give me my Commendation Pack for Operation Savage and three different EA help people closing the case as 'resolved' when it isn't I get this from "Sandeep":

"...as the Operation is over we cannot grant any commendation packs for the Operation which is over. We have no ability to grant commendation packs for operations which are over."

Hmmm.

So, they can give us packs right after an event is won, but can't give us the pack 3 weeks later? That doesn't sit right. If they can grant people packs at all, they should be able to give them any time. It's the same awful response I got from EA support when I told them they should compensate me for equipped consumables lost when their server decided to glitch out at the beginning of a mission. I wasn't asking for the specific items back - just compensation in the form of a "free" pack equivalent to the pack I got the items from - In this case, just a simple Veteran Pack.

Don't mean to detract from your issue. I know mine is a different situation. The moral of the story is that they (EA/Origin) do in fact have the power to give packs out - it's the poor slogs in customer support who aren't given the ability to do so.

And I just got hit by this again. Awesome. Still no 198000 reimbursement on the last two lost packs from weeks ago, and now I'm out another 60000.

ID: minormiracle

As of 3 months and still no fix. Did anyone actually get their lost credits reimbursed yet?

After I maxed out all character cards, I only have this happen to me sporadically when there is a common human character in the pack - I can even tell, when the pack is giving me a character card, as it takes a moment to open, whereas if there is no cc it's instantly opened. Maybe this can give BW a hint to where the problem lies. I'm guessing there's a hiccup when the store decides which character to give out. Maybe because it has to check which appearance option you've already unlocked.

Bought: 2 Spectre Packs with Bioware points
Time: 10:52PM PST 8/8/2012

Extited game twice, second time waited five minutes, back in multiplayer..received Spectre Pack with 10 items...I am guessing the 2 missing packs.

Description: No "Please wait" or hang I have experienced before, just click purchase with Bioware points and amount goes down and thats it. Just let the Origin client upgrade it's self and this is what I experienced.

Seems to have a big bug between the Origin interface and ME3.

the reply I got:

hanks for contacting EA Customer Support

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

It seems like there is some connectivity issues either on your router or modem as there was a 100% before it fully connected to our servers. This might be caused due to something blocking the signal such as firewalls, antivirus, router firewall and upnp.

Here are the steps I would recommend to prevent this from happening in the future:
- Disable antivirus
- Turn off user account control:
windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Turn-User-Account-Control-on-or-off
- Turn off windows firewall:
windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off
- Run CCleaner:
http://www.filehippo...wnload_ccleaner
- Perform a cleanboot:
support.microsoft.com/kb/331796
- Clear browser's cache,:
http://help.ea.com/a...-browsers-cache
- Open the ports on the router using the guide:
http://portforward.c...routerindex.htm
- Disable UPnP on the router (should be on the admin website of the router)

Have you buyed them via Credits or BW/MS Points?

Please try the following: Shut down the game, restart it and select multiplayer. Afer loading, the purchased PSP details should popp up. If not, check your gear/consumables/change character tab to see if new stuff has been added.

This worked for me and my via BW Points purchased Packs. Since the origin update, unfortunatly the shop seems somehow broken, too

I had the same issue yesterday after updating to origin 9.0.2 and lauching ME3 MP I purchased a PSP. BW points taken but no pack.  Quit ME3 and Origin and restarted both.  Got my PSP when starting MP.

Purchased a second PSP and the same thing happened, repeated the same quit-restart process and got the pack.  Looks like the shop is indeed broken.

However, obtaining packs using earned in game credits worked fine.
