I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
It seems like there is some connectivity issues either on your router or modem as there was a 100% before it fully connected to our servers. This might be caused due to something blocking the signal such as firewalls, antivirus, router firewall and upnp.
Here are the steps I would recommend to prevent this from happening in the future:
- Disable antivirus
- Turn off user account control:
windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Turn-User-Account-Control-on-or-off
- Turn off windows firewall:
Says a lot about how technical the support people are if they advise you to do the above. Since the game launched i've lost all told about 400k credits across PC and XBL. I've always gotten BWP and XBL points items back later but never the freeby credits which suggets the way they deal with the transactions is different and doesn't mak $ so they won't fix this.
