I am never spending BW points on MP again. This is real money lost and they act like it's not a big problem.

Their customer care support doesn't help out either.  Phone, email, or live chat.  They simply don't care.  I get better empathy from debt collectors than from EA's outsourcing.

What is going on... I just bought 1600 bioware points and have tried buying several packages, and received this message several times. I lost track of what I even tried to purchase... Did I basically just donate money to bioware without receiving my stuff?

I bought 800 points and got one Premium Specter Pack fine, but then the next two did nothing after a short load. The first took me to my origin overlay and I accepted the purchase, the other two simply showed the loading box for a few seconds and nothing happened. I can't find any differences in my items or characters.

Buying other packs with credit is working fine.

you get them when you restart me3, if you dont get them then you have to submit a ticket to eax support about it and they will sort it out for you
